      Hi, We have already informed that Wix currently doesn't provide a digital product API, so we can't support digital products. As of now, only physical products are allowed to sell. It is not in our hand. So, please remove this review.

    No language options other than English

    If there were Turkish Spanish language options, I would buy a package very easily.

    I cant register- the "select your plan" option does not drop down.

    I cant register to add the links to my page- the "select your plan" option does not drop down. My free trail is running out and I want to see if this is going to work for me. Honestly if the registration form doesnt work then I cant imagine the app is without glitches.

      Hi, regarding your review we would like to inform you that we have already contacted you https://prnt.sc/jnvQcsRCvklA and guided you that you have missed out on the setting of the application, so please do the configuration properly then only the application will work, you haven't seller plans and you are saying that seller plans are not showing in the drop-down. Please make the changes and then you will find the application is working fine.

    Needs to be improved

    This app can be working now and down in the next hour, it’s been really frustrating for my merchants, again it has few customizable options which makes it hard for me to acquire certain information from merchants while signing in, again it’s impossible to add my own Favicon and brand colors, I hate it when merchants see your “Webukul” logo instead of my company logo. It can still be a great app if improved

    Pretty sure the reviews are fake on this

    I honestly don't understand how you can have a multivendor market place and not have inventory numbers? I have literally built my whole site because this app was rated good and the only one on here that offered this kind of service. It glitches out quite frequently, the back end is not user friendly, you can't add inventory numbers so when something sells, you have to manually go in and "disable" which the seller will not do and not to mention multiple people can buy the same product at the same time since there is no number on one product. I don't know how anyone can build a functioning business on this platform. To make it functional and user friendly you will need to pay out of pocket to "edit these things" on top of paying for what should already obviously be apart of the platform. I now have to rebuild my entire site on another platform. Cost me a lot of $$. Super disappointed. Left me literally lost on what to do and my launch was suppose to be next week.

      Hi, Please be informed, as of now the APIs for inventory are not available and hence the option to add inventory needs to be done via Wix end, however we are in communication with Wix for the same. In future, we may implement as soon as we get APIs. Secondly for customization, the charges are applicable because its according to your business needs, not all the businesses have same requirements.
