doesn't answer basic questions which is included in the website or the training document. Hard to believe this uses ChatGPT. doesn't know how to think for itself.

AI Chatbot | Propane Chat App is ok, support is horrible!
I've rarely encountered app support as slow as this. I reached out on October 24th regarding two issues: first, the initial message in the embedding tab doesn't save correctly and keeps reverting to the English version. Second, the 'Copy' button for the embed codes on the embedding page isn't functioning, requiring manual copying as a workaround. These are fundamental features that should work seamlessly. Today, November 3rd, there’s still no response, mirroring previous experiences where response times stretch to a week or more. This raises concerns about the reliability of the app and the company behind it—an unacceptable experience that leaves one wondering if the project is still actively supported.

AI Chatbot | Propane Chat Excellent but very stingy for free plans
I run a gaming website and this app is fantastic for getting answers from the website for players who visit. Sadly the free version only offers 10 messages per month. I don't make a penny from this website, in fact it costs me a lot per year. It would be nice if they gave a few more answers per month for non-profit organisations, I'd suggest around 100 messages. However, my business which can afford the premium plan is going to add this to the website. Another issue is that adblock and Ublock Origin stops the answer popping up. You must disable those before it works properly, otherwise the only way to see the answer is to close the window and open it again. This needs to be rectified before I would go premium as most people use an adblocker of some kind. This was tested by friends in 3 different countries so I know it was not just my PC. Great idea, a bit mean on the freebies, and blockable answers, so some work to do here before it get's my vote for the best app ever.
