Dropboard is the best way to host job openings and process candidates. Drag Dropboard onto any page and customize text, colors, spacing, and more. Managing jobs is a snap and if you’re feeling writer’s block, our AI can write job descriptions for you. Candidates can submit an application to any job without leaving your site. Your hiring manager receives an email with a PDF version of their resume and can engage candidates just by replying. Our Wix automation even lets you take custom actions when a new candidate applies. Rubbish - save your money
Gives the impression that it has a location and job filer, it doesn't at all, it just has a generic search bar, which is useless.

Dropboard does have a search bar and a location filter, and candidates who click the apply button can file their application, so I'm not sure what is misleading here. So much potential but very limited now
This app has the potential to be amazing, however, as it is now, its useful but a let down. It is very easy to use and does make displaying multiple jobs on your website much easier, however there are a few things I would definitely change: 1. Customization Options - you have very limited customization capabilities and the ones that you do have, don't actually seem to work at all. 2: Application Layout: While I like that I can add custom questions, I wish there was a way to reorder all questions. It doesn't make sense for me to ask for a phone number way at the bottom after the resume/intro. Also, I wish there was a way to customize the look of the actual pop-up. 3. Required Stars - I'm not sure if this one is widespread or just an issue on my site, but there are no (*) to indicate that a question is actually required which is a bit weird to me. The only way a person can know is to click Submit and see what lights up red...Can see the frustration this will cause.

You can reorder questions in our form designer by dragging the bars next to each question. Good call about showing an indicator for required fields. We'll add this! Limitations and Challenges in Free Version Usage | Limitações e Desafios na Utilização da Versão Gra
The free version does not allow us to conduct tests fully, limiting usage to 100%. Furthermore, the cost of the paid version is deemed high for the features it offers. An additional drawback is the inability to customize the language to Brazilian Portuguese, as any customization attempts revert to the original language each time. A versão gratuita não oferece uma experiência completa nos testes, limitando a utilização a 100%. Além disso, o custo da versão paga é considerado elevado em relação aos recursos disponíveis. Um ponto negativo adicional é a falta de possibilidade de personalizar o idioma para Português do Brasil, já que qualquer tentativa de customização reverte para o idioma original a cada vez.

Hi there! Our trial let's you use all features, so I'm not sure what limitations you are referring to. You can customize lots of the text on your Dropboards, but it is not 100% translatable into other languages. Sorry about that limitation, but it is specified in our listing.

NOT BAD BUT COULD BE BETTER
Advance level : 2 STAR Basic Level : 4 STAR Price & Service : 3 STAR for the app. So its 3 star app overall. So its not bad app for new users. Here is why not good enough : 1-) There should be adjustable necessary or not necessary options for sections on application such as NAME , LAST NAME , PHONE and EMAIL. 2-) There are no google spam protection! anybody who fill form can submit right away. 3-) Confirmation emails should be editable ( editor should make a tutorial video about it if confirmation emails are editable ) 4-) Its pretty much expensive service for simple form. its over 20$ per/mo. Could be around 10$ 5-) There should be more custome request file sections , there is only 1 for CV upload. I can tell more what need to be improved but thats it for now.

Great feedback! Here are some responses that might help you: 1) First, last, and email are always required. On our Business plan you can add any custom field you want and choose to make it required if you do. So you can collect a phone number as well and make it optional or required. 2) Good feedback - this is something we'll look into improving. However, Dropboard first requires the user to click "Apply Now" before even being shown the form. Also, unless you make it optional, a file upload (their resume) is required to submit an application. This isn't spam-proof, but it makes it MUCH harder for spammers to get through. 3) Confirmation emails to candidates are fully editable and it's right inside the widget actually. Our plans start as low as $9/mo. 5) Good suggestion!

Decent App
Easy to use app but would be good if it let you edit the job view with a slideshow. There is no option to adjust text font and no option to adjust colour fill of the apply box. Hopefully can be quick fixes.

My client loves Dropboard: "Really happy with how easy it was for posting jobs and how it looks on our website." To support my client, I was able to easily add a custom field for a Phone Number to the Apply Now form and look forward to using it for future customizations. Support is very responsive to questions. It's an awesome app and I highly recommend it.

Getting an error
I created the jobs and now when someone wants to submit the resume getting this error - "There was a problem connecting. Please check if you have an internet connection." What is going on? I cannot see any place where I can connect the app to anything. It doesn't have user authentication anywhere. Please help me fix this.
