The system continues to work smoothly with the classic Chat Widget. App Overview: This application enables users to create and manage AI-powered chatbots that integrate with Chatbox and Inbox using their own OpenAI API keys. It acts as a bridge between OpenAI and your website, allowing full customization and control over AI Assistants tailored to your business needs. Security: All API keys and Assistant IDs are securely stored in your site’s Developer Secret Keys section and are never shared with third parties. Key Advantage: Unlike many third-party tools with strict message limits, this app offers unlimited usage across all plans. Costs depend only on your OpenAI usage. Note: If you are on OpenAI’s free tier, daily request limits may apply. Adding a small balance (around $5–$10) can help ensure uninterrupted performance.

Best AI Chatbot for Wix
I've tried several others, including the native Wix AI Chat, which is now an upgrade. This one has better training options, and the answers are superb! Support is also very responsive, 5 stars guys!

We love the combination of a real working AI assistant and an incredible support team behind it.
We have exchanged almost 70 support messages, and every time the team replied quickly, professionally, and even on weekends. Support works online, guides us step by step, checks everything manually, connects remotely, and truly solves any issues. The service is excellent. Yes, there are things to improve, and we regularly send our suggestions — the most important part is that they are truly heard and considered. We are already dreaming of a voice assistant and believe the team will make it happen. Among all Wix apps, we would give this one 7 stars out of 5. 5 stars for the program + 5 Stars for Support.
The integration into my Wix online store was slightly complex. Please watch the instructional video FIRST. Then, I decided to integrate the full version because artificial intelligence can guide your customers' purchases. Yes, yes, it guides them. It offers popular products and answers questions. Then, I had a huge problem: my catalog is 8,000 items. That's 5,200 word pages. So they had to improve the software in 24 hours, yes, 24 hours, and fix bugs remotely from my computer via TeamViewer. What more could you ask for, for such a small monthly fee? Take the time to try it out, or come see the results on mine. Small Update, a small $$$ is request to load OpenAI for a credit request before you can use correctly this Bot. Is not clearly Indicate by the conceptor of this program Julien from Gsbcanada.com

I Had a bit of a hard time at first, to be honest; I didn't know what an API key was before :) the developer helped us create. It's incredible the it also responded to our whatsapp and Instagram accounts! all message history is in the inbox, its very nice that it pauses we send a manual reply. This totally worth the money.
