The best shipping app on here by far
None of the other shipping apps on Wix seem to work properly, this is the best one. Shippo can't calculate rates at checkout for anything other than Canada post, other apps want to charge you etc. This one had a technical issue on my site which unfortunately took like 2 months for them to resolve, but it's fixed now. Their rates with UPS and Purolator in Canada are the best around. Good customer support. Great platform that is easy to use and integrates well with my 4x6 label printer. Highly recommend

Great shipping app for canadian market
it works great but has some quarks or issues. Works with WIX but i am not sure with other platforms. The shipping rates sometimes tend to vary a little from the normal low rates ( 1% to 2% deviation) , this does not happen often but once in a while. Nothing to worry about this is normal shipping apps

Not good
I want to be able to add my own carriers that I have accounts with. You cannot do that with this app. In addition, its a Canadian based app so if your in America its virtually useless.

Thanks for the feedback. Our app listing states under availability that this app is only available for Canada. Currently, we are unable to upload carrier rates for carriers we provide discounted rates for on our system. However, you can load your own rates for Canada Post.

Great Experience - Easy to Use.
I started setting up and ran into an issue of deactivation after non-use and reported this wouldn't work for start-ups. Since then I have heard back from them and this policy is being changed. Their support and interaction is Excellent and you deal with a live person versus Chat and it shows the business is listening to users. As a Canadian, I always prefer using a Canadian supplier, so am happy that I can now use them. Unfortunately, I have been selling more locally so haven't used shipping but once but was a wonderful experience. Everything was picked up at my front door and tracked along the way. The recipient was very happy. This is a side business /hobby but look forward to when I have more to ship in the future.

Smart Packaging Not working
No matter what I do I cannot get this to work properly. It will be great when it works but it does not put the correct amount of items (weights) into the proper amount of boxes that I created. If you could add quantity of items as one of your rules it may work then, or fix the glitch that I seem to be having.
