It is okay
The fact that I have to use my own money to fund the purchase of a product needs to be integrated better. The buyer should be the one to pay for shipping and production, not me.

Great Customer Service

Very Expensive
I will simplify this by listing the app's pros and cons. Pros: 1. User-friendly and works well on Wix. 2. Huge catalog of items to choose from for your store. 3. Designing with "Product Creator" is easy and widely used in the printing industry. 4. Prices are listed immediately on your site with the colors, sizes, mock-ups, etc. 5. Samples are available for a small fee. I was unaware that I could request them to test the product, leading to a significant loss of money. 6. The products are high-quality, and your design matches that standard. 7. Contacting customer service during business hours is easy. Cons: 1. Products are shipped from various countries, causing long turnaround times and poor print quality, which harms my business. 2. Prices are high. The retail price of an item in my store is $40, but production and printing costs reach $32, not including shipping. Where's the profit? 3. Subscriptions to this are often a waste and too expensive. 4. Color fades after a few uses.

Fragile Compatibility
It really interfered with my business! My product pictures either randomly disappeared on their own over a week. And "published" items would "unpublish", or convert to "error" minutes to hours later. I had 30 communications with 12 Printify reps over a month (and a few Wix). ~Nobody~ could identify the source of the problem! Through my own trials did I find that "any" changes I made to my products resulted in publishing & display errors. The techs. should have known "that"! I had an average of 90 items that I tried republishing over 10x, and recreated every post from scratch over 3x times through the whole ordeal, which left me PO'd and exausted. I could not edit items in bulk, except publish/hide/delete. Technicians kept changing on me. I had to start over with most of them. Misc. Positives: The AI art generator is outstanding! That was a needed solution to my difficulty in finding stock images to match my original captions. CS was polite as well.
