L’application est intéressante, mais il manque certaines fonctions.
Il manque une fonctionnalité importante pour moi. Un widget à afficher sur la page d’accueil qui montre les avis avec les images et les étoiles. Pour le moment, les clients sont obligés d’aller sur la page Boutique pour voir les étoiles et sur la page Article pour lire les commentaires sur le produit. J’ai tout essayé, mais en vain : il est impossible de connecter Wix Avis à la page d’accueil. Je vais la garder pareille pour les automatisations.

Another great review on the Magnesium Lotion! I was hurting so bad in my neck, shoulders, and lower back after a strenuous workout and painting. I rubbed it all over that night and went to bed. I woke up with no soreness whatsoever. Pretty amazing! Please don’t ever stop making this product.

Installed this app Customized the review page, would not publish saved changes. Customer Care rep couldn't help Wanted to customize the titles on the review page ...Unable to do this Unable to find where to switch off the requirement that reviewers have to sign up as a member of my site......I don't want them to be forced to join Gave up in the end and deleted the whole thing I find this happens with a lot of Wix's apps, considering moving to a more user friendly platform, where the customer service reps know how to do things

Terrible app
the reviews cover up details on one of my products because those details are longer than other products. Its ridiculous. I am finding Wix to be difficult in general. There are many quirks that honestly should not be quirks. starting to regret my purchase of a year w/ Wix.

Terrible!!! Waste of time
After having issues for weeks with the emails not scheduling to send on purchase, Wix tech support informed me that the conditions were wrong in the automation settings (which were created by the wix review app install, not by user) their solution was to simply delete the condition. However, due to this condition being installed by the wix review app, it CAN NOT simply be deleted - which you would think wix support would know, considering it is a wix product. After FINALLY getting the reviews to schedule and send to the customer, it was discovered that this is not sent to EVERY customer, only those who have created an account on your webiste - so if you have unsubscribed customers (which most of us do) they will never be sent a review!!!!!! What a waste of time and effort installing and customising appearance of this app/plug in. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Quite basic
I was glad when I noticed that Wix had finally released their own app for product review. I have now imported my prior customer reviews to this app, and updated my website accordingly. There are a few key/basic things that this app still doesn't have: 1) a widget that you can use on your homepage that would say "x.x stars from xxx reviews"; 2) when products are displayed in your online shop to show the amount of stars (not at product level, this is possible, I mean on a carousel). If the app continues improving and includes those I do think it will be quite good

Does Not Work
The reviews are not displayed in detail online, and there are errors preventing people from submitting their reviews.

The app didn't work
I was humiliated with customers emailing me to advise me that they were receiving an error when trying to leave a review. I submitted a ticket 48 hours ago. I'm waiting on the Wix team to respond.

Desktop works fine but mobile version is difficult
Team, please check why review title fonts can only be till 20px which looks really large in mobile screens. Please fix it as the desktop one does the job well.

Almost Perfect
The reviews backend works perfectly, I get my reviews in from my customers but I would like if there was an option to add a reviews page to see reviews all in one place, outside of the products page. Potentially a "store reviews" option vs a "product reviews"

Doesn't work for online programs or booking services
I have tried this a few times and sadly it doesn't offer any benefit for my business which is based on online programs and also booking services. Its so disappointing that both of these offerings require high levels of trust for purchase and the ability to leave reviews for these services isn't offered - particularly when you offer it for store products, surely it can just be expanded to be allowed for more types of what you allow us to sell. I'd happily make this 5 * if.... - I could send an automated email at a time i decided after purchase /completing first step on online program, or checking in for the service/class booked inviting people to leave a review. - I could then display those reviews on the the service page / online program landing pages and for them to be SEO optimised. - a widged to be able to share these reviews on other pages (say if i create a separate landing page) I know you can do it! <3

Thanks for your feedback! The Wix Reviews app was built specifically for Wix Stores, which is noted in its description and setup. Because of this, it doesn’t currently support reviews for services or online programs. That said, we completely understand how valuable reviews are for these types of businesses as well, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts on how this could work. While this isn’t something we offer at the moment, we’re always looking at ways to improve. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

Wix reviews has a bug
Please note that I had uploaded reviews from my other marketplaces, first time it worked well. But 2nd time it shows successful but is not available in pending/rejected anywhere. Please note that 2nd time I tried similar way like 1st time, so I assume there is a bug. Please investigate.

It worked at the start
I was so pleased to find that app bc I have been getting so many reviews on my products but I didn't know how to add them to my website, so I was glad to see I could import my reviews from other sites. Well, it worked once. Now that I've tried it a 2nd time, I get a success message that my new reviews were uploaded, only to find that nothing shows up in the dashboard or on my site. So there is a big error... I am properly uploading reviews, but the app doesn't work. Major disappointment.

The app is great!
The only thing missing is an option to use it away from the product page, for example, if I made my own product page outside of wix store.

customers aren't able to leave a review :(
When a customer goes to my product page and clicks "Leave a Review", they get the error message "It looks like you don't have the right permissions to publish that review."

It worked until it didn't
This worked for a few months until all my clients attempting to write a review kept getting an error message saying "It looks like you don't have the right permissions to publish that review." any time they attempt to leave a review. Completely unusable.

Wish you could install this without a store.
Would love to be able to use this app on any Wix site and not just on an eCommerce/store site. Just for displaying reviews and testimonials of a service, or product, etc. that's not necessarily e-commerce.

How to export reviews
Unfortunately there is no way to export all reviews. Not a possibility for admins to add the reviews with custom date. Hope it will be added soon.
