Super APP!!
Sehr super und schnelle App, ich habe nun 4 Labels erstellt für Kunden und sie wurden Sofort gedruckt. Ich habe aber eine Frage, wie wird es Verrechnet? Direkt von der Post? Wie sieht es mit dem Gewicht aus? ich habe 3 Bestellungen unter 2kg und 1 über 2kg, erkennt es das System anhand meiner Produkte? Da Versand ab 2kg teurer ist?

Hi und danke dir für deine Nachfrage 😊 Gerne erkläre ich dir das kurz und übersichtlich. Die Abrechnung der Labels erfolgt direkt durch die Post zu den Konditionen, die du mit der Post vereinbart hast. Über PEND werden lediglich die App Kontingente verrechnet. Zum Thema Gewicht: Die App bezieht sich auf das Gesamtgewicht der Produkte plus Verpackungsgewicht, sofern diese Angaben korrekt im Backend hinterlegt sind. Das hilft bei der Auswahl der passenden Versandart, ist aber nicht kritisch. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Post beim Scanvorgang das effektive Gewicht der Sendung nochmals misst. Auf dieser Basis wird dann final entschieden, wie schwer die Sendung ist und entsprechend auch das korrekte Porto direkt von der Post berechnet. Du bist also auf der sicheren Seite, selbst wenn es kleine Abweichungen gibt 😊 Falls du noch Fragen hast oder etwas unklar ist, melde dich jederzeit gerne. Ich bin für dich da.

Positionierung des Labels nicht möglich
Der Support war sehr zuvorkommend leider hat die App keine Möglichkeit für eine Label-positionierung, deshalb mussten wir auf das altmodische Verfahren der Post zurückgreifen und das Abo kündigen.

No good waste of time
It won’t let me put in my country of residence it only gives you Switzerland and some other country only those two nothing else it will not let move on to anything else either disappointed

Hi Shawnrosie27, We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our app. Since our app is designed to connect Wix Stores with the Swiss Postal Service, it only supports businesses located in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. This is why you could only select these two countries during the configuration process. This limitation should have been communicated during installation through the Wix App Store, as our app’s availability is restricted based on the merchant’s country. We would greatly appreciate learning more about your experience and how we could have better addressed your needs to avoid this disappointment. Das Zeitersparnis durch diese App ist enorm! Ich betreibe neben einem 100% Job einen Onlineshop.
