Not liking at all

The plan on wix is different than their regular site and it is bare minimum. it is very tricky

I love Omnisend

I didnt choose this app, my webdeveloper did and even I was little bit afraid how I will manage the things and learning email marketing etc in an app thats not even in my native language .. everything went so smooth! The customer care is always ready to help but to be honest, everything is very easy anyway! For example pop-up windows i was fighting with for so long in wix and then find out Omnisend has pop-ups too .. and it was ready in about 10 minutes and 100x better looking than in wix where i did my best :D Cant be happier really. Thank you Omnisend!

Omnisends Support Is Awesome!

Karine & Luiz answered all of my questions quickly and promptly. Hey and there has been a HUGE improvement in Omnisend's automations for Wix Bookings notifications sometime since the start of 2024. It's REALLY good now. I have very custom notification automations (super easy to configure) that trigger when the appointment is booked. So these notifications work forward from when the appointment is booked, a forward looking automation. What Is super powerful is a separate set of backwards looking notifications that are triggered by the actual time and date of the appointment. For my livesteam, I have SMS&Email notifications that go out eighteen hours before my event. And then again one hour before the event. Another thing I like is their automated link shortening feature. So that the rediculously long Zoom log in links are shortend, and dont take up characters in the SMS message.

I tried this app but ran into a few problems. When I reached out to the company only bots were available. I needed an immediate response. So I asked that my account be deleted. I shouldn’t have to ask, there should be an option. Anyway, I’ve been getting the run around from various people (Baraath and Karine) who keep saying their co-workers had a shift change and couldn’t do it but, they never did it either. Then, I received a message saying my account was deleted two days prior and inquiring if I received it. They know full well that I didn’t receive it because it wasn’t’ sent. If you’re a reputable company, you send an official email stating the account, etc., has been deleted. What I got was someone saying your account was deleted and that’s it. That’s insufficient. At this point, I’m contacting my lawyer because I believe Omnisend is playing fast and loose with my company’s data. Wix needs to investigate their app partners before allowing them access.

The email templates are limited, and the edition is poor. Not recommendable for bi-lingual o tri-lingual websites as the emails and pop-ups are not able to change the language automatically when the visitor open the website in a different language.

Another deceptive app offered by WIX

limited to 500 emails , not much difference between the paid plan and the free plan. All the features you would expect are a extra and you have to go to Omnisend to upgrade. Disappointed because the reviews sounded promising. Not recommended form small business because of the high price tag to get all the features. They do respond to questions and try to be helpful but thats it.

WeNOMADS.ro Experience using Omnisend

The app does exactly as it's stated! Had a hard time when I first connected but that was also due to the fact that I built my client's website on my Wix account and after I finished the project I transferred the website to my client's wix account. The problem was solved by asking the support team to disconnect the old store which was connected originally to my wix account, and then by reconnecting the final store of my client including his own domain and wix bookings triggers. Mr. Agustin, Mr. Baarath as well as Miss Olesia were very kind and ready to help me in solving the problems i encountered. The app has no issues as it's stated in other reviews posted here. I m not a paid partner of Omnisend neither I receive commission or other benefits, I speak from my own experience and from my own perspective. This app is like our life, sometimes you might get stuck in the process but if you are really willing to solve your problem, you talk to the right people and you get thigs done.

Excellent Customer Service

I wish WIX own customer service was as helpful as the Omnisend's app's service is. Andres was able to walk me through what I needed to get my WIX store integrated and now everything is good!

Quite smart app

After initial issues with the integration, the app seems to work well. It gives you access to modern looking templates which can be easily edited. Once you link Omisend with Wix, you can easily select products to be included in the emails and the system automatically adds not just the product image but also the name, description, price info and shop now button with all the links. It makes creating email campaigns so much easier and quicker. It should be however made clear that you cannot remove Omisend logo from the emails even on the paid plan. It comes in the footer of each email.

The best thing about Omnisend is their 24X7 support, along with pre-built segments and automations. just few clicks and you are ready to go.

Brilliant Customer Service

The issue was with the triggers with abandoned carts to omnisend and not being able to trigger without email. The support was excellent, unfortunately there was no resolution but that is a WIXs restriction rather than the app restriction

Smooth integration for my email & SMS marketing needs

Great and simple contacts and other data sync between my store and my marketing solution (Omnisend) :) Nice! Have to say that if you're new to Omnisend, you'd have to create Omnisend Account and go to: Store Settings > Integrations & API > API Keys. Create and copy the key there and paste it into this app for integration to work.
