About this App
Easily create purchase orders to send to your suppliers and manage them all from one place with the Purchase Orders app. Simply select from your list of suppliers and choose which items you want to order. You can also add any other relevant information or instructions. The purchase order will be generated as a PDF, so you can conveniently send it. Once you receive your order, easily keep track of the items as they arrive and update the purchase order status to partially received. As you record incoming items, it’ll automatically sync with your store's inventory.

What are they thinking....
2 stars because it does provide a "receive" option. Overall its extremely limited and very cumbersome to use. Its sort of okay if you only order 1 or 2 items at a time. There is no mechanism for a bulk upload, the user must search each product then load them one at a time. No ability to search products by sku Zero reporting capabilities Zero down tracking capabilities No way to close a partially filled PO No PO history report The list goes on. Conclusion: the team scoping this app does not appear to have any actual business experience as no thought whatsoever has been given to the use and performance of this app beyond ordering/receiving a single item.

Cumbersome
There needs to be a way to select multiple items at once to add to the purchase order. Or at least to be able to select an item from the inventory screen and add it to the invoice. You should also be able to add to the invoice by using the UPC instead of having to type out each product to narrow it down and then find the matching item name. You should also be able to export it to the supplier as an excel rather than a pdf. It is very time consuming to use this app and is essentially non functional - as it the entire Total Commerce POS. As it currently sits, do not use this system if you can avoid it.

Could be helpful
Potentially a very helpful app. However it needs to have the cost price and not the selling price. Useless without that change.
