About this App

Order on WhatsApp lets customers place orders through WhatsApp instead of using the standard checkout. When a customer clicks the WhatsApp button, they enter their name, phone number, delivery address, and optional notes. The app creates a store order and opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the order number, products, quantities, and customer details, allowing you to continue the conversation and confirm payment or delivery. The app offers flexible customization options, including your WhatsApp Business number, button text, color, and placement before or after the Add to Cart button. You can display the button on all products or selected products only, and optionally hide the Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons to make WhatsApp your primary ordering channel. New orders can also be assigned a default payment status, such as Not Paid, to match your existing workflow. Order on WhatsApp is suitable for businesses that accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, manual payments, or prefer handling customer communication through WhatsApp while keeping store orders organized.
