    This app has been easy to use, easy to connect my store and the product updates worked seamlessly (WIX). It's easy to see inventory quantities in my store without going to the app website. It's easy to set and change my pricing anytime. It stores all the products you choose and saves them even if you don't add them to your store. They are quick to reply with inquiries on products. New products are added all the time. I like that many of the products are not allowed on Amazon and Walmart, because it limits my big box competitors and allows the little guy to have products they won't have. **The only improvement I would like to see, is being able to see wholesale pricing and shipping costs from my site, not just the pricing I set. Thank You DOBA!

    After looking for products realized nothing was in stock so I cannot even use them.

    Won't connect to my store

    I have tried to connect to my store 4 times and I keep getting an error message. So I have been unable to start selling anything I have saved in my inventory list. Very frustrating as the time I have wasted trying to start using this app in my store the 14 day free trial clock seems to be ticking away nicely. I've tried to get some assistance from Doba customer service but the issue is not resolved. Can someone assist me please?

    Not great

    What they don't explain is that after your 30 day free trial with the start up plan, you are no longer able to connect it to your store without upgrading. It will either cost you $50/ per month just to be able to link it to your store, or if you choose to pay quarterly it's about $100 and yearly is about $360. Higher for enterprise. Also their customer service has been one of the most nonchalaunt CS experiences I've ever had. Both times the person was quick to blame me and say I misunderstood them, when it's not really spelled out for me to understand anywhere on the plan page. May be a good app if you have a very large store, and who knows, maybe that will be me one day (hopefully) but until then it's not really worth the hassle in my opinion.
