We’re sorry to hear that the app has been frustrating to use 💔 Could you tell us a little more about what exactly is causing the issue? There are a few common situations we’d be happy to help with: 1. Age Verification appears on every page — this can happen if cookies aren’t being accepted or saved by your browser. We can help you check this and find the cause. 2. The app doesn’t appear in the Wix Editor or Preview — this is a Wix platform limitation. The app is displayed on the published Live site. 3. You can’t save your changes and keep getting an error — this may be related to Wix permissions. Only Site Owners and Admins can save app changes and publish the site. Website Manager and Website Designer roles may not have the required permissions. Please let us know which issue you’re experiencing, and we’ll be happy to help you sort it out. FAQ Not intuitive at all
I want to remove this from my site, but I haven't found a replacement. Everything is about customization and layout configuration and this offers none of that. Plus the integration isn't as smooth as it could be. It's just not the best user experience.

We’d like to clarify that the integration issue you encountered is caused by a Wix platform bug, rather than by our app itself. We have already reported this issue to Wix in ticket #3000055578 and are currently waiting for their team to investigate and resolve it. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this is being addressed. Since the issue is related to the Wix platform and not something we can directly fix from our side, we would be very grateful if you could consider updating or removing your negative review once the issue is resolved.

This app is just what I needed. I needed an age gate that was easy and intuitive to customize while looking good. The app worked like a charm and when I encountered a bug the support team jumped on it and solved it.
