      We’re sorry to hear that the app has been frustrating to use 💔 Could you tell us a little more about what exactly is causing the issue? There are a few common situations we’d be happy to help with: 1. Age Verification appears on every page — this can happen if cookies aren’t being accepted or saved by your browser. We can help you check this and find the cause. 2. The app doesn’t appear in the Wix Editor or Preview — this is a Wix platform limitation. The app is displayed on the published Live site. 3. You can’t save your changes and keep getting an error — this may be related to Wix permissions. Only Site Owners and Admins can save app changes and publish the site. Website Manager and Website Designer roles may not have the required permissions. Please let us know which issue you’re experiencing, and we’ll be happy to help you sort it out.
