    Wonderful App - Life Changing!

    If you have several products and you're tired of manually struggling to start AND end your sales, you must give this a try. This app has saved me many hours worth of work and allows me to schedule exactly when my sale will start and stop. No more website maintenance at midnight and no more 'forgetting' to remove a discount. I wanted to thoroughly test this app before leaving a review. I have been using it for several months now and everything seems to work smoothly. Give it a try!!!

    Excellent App, Very useful. Fantastic Customer Service.

    I recently implemented this app to my site. I needed to have it modified to show the sku of each product. Within a day, Tomer responded to my request and added the sku # to each product description. Thank you!

    Loving this app!

    This app works a treat. It was easy to set up, started and finished when it was supposed to and saved me so much time not having to discount each item individually. I highly recommend it for anyone with more than a handful of items in their inventory.

    Some Problems, overall still useful

    I was thinking this app was great until I realized after my Black Friday weekend sales should have been over that items on my site were still discounted. I pulled up the app and apparently it decided that it would take some of the items down, but not others, so I have to go through again and tell it to take down all the sales so that my items are back at normal price. I'm not sure why it did this, if it was overwhelmed over the weekend or what, but it's rather frustrating to have something supposed to be able to offer you to schedule when to have a sale go up and come down, and have it fail to take the sales down. Still easier than updating each individual item, but a little frustrating. Outside of that the app is good, makes it a lot easier to get the sales up.

    Not What I Expected

    The app looks good but, it just doesn't work. I reached out to customer support about the app not working and, they were not helpful and dismissed my issues. It might work for the next person but, I had a bad experience. It's unfortunate because the app has a great concept. Unfortunately, you are limited because they do not have phone support to help explain your issue. I was stuck with a customer service rep that was unprofessional and not helpful. As a result, my issue went unresolved. There were no options to speak with anyone else or videos shown of how it's supposed to be done. I was told how great their service has been with others, which again did not help. Ultimately I requested a refund. Best of luck to anyone else that uses it.

Let's set a few things straight: 1) You emailed us requesting a phone call. 2) We replied asking for more information. 3) You sent a brief description and again requested a phone call. 3) We investigated and resolved an issue. 4) We replied within a few hours saying the issue was resolved. 5) We got another email from you saying it's still doesn't work, and requested a phone call. 6) We tested a new discount on your website, and saw it was working. 7) We replied and said that everything seemed to be working correctly, and asked for a description of what was going wrong, or what you were trying to do, as we did not see any new discounts scheduled on your account. 8) We received an email from you demanding a phone call (on Thanksgiving) or a refund. As I tried to politely explain, we do not offer phone support, as sending screenshots and screen recordings is more efficient. We gladly offer a refund to any unhappy customer.

    Love the app & price!

    I love the product discount planner app because it was slightly annoying having to manually do the discounts. I remember on our last sale I literally had to go through each product to change the pricing back to normal, it was so irritating & time-consuming. Plus I had almost forgot to change it back to regular pricing so I feel this app definitely brings value in helping us to schedule product discounts and manage our sales more efficiently! We are still on the 7 day trial but definitely will be upgrading to the plan, plus the plan price seems reasonable especially with the value you're getting from product discount planner app because I see other apps similar to this one that charge like $10 or more so the pricing for this app is perfect. Thanks for providing a wonderful & user-friendly app! We love it!
