CRAP never show the same rate it show customers

doesnt show actual shipping, show customer on the website one thing then when I get into Ship Station show a different rate

Horrible Service

I have been a loyal Shipstation user for over six years. I have never encountered less competent staff who cannot even read an email. I opened a ticket about a problem with my account two months ago and it still has not been addressed. Too expensive and garbage service. avoid.

Totally sucks. Sometimes you need a quick 10 minute call.

Never Connected

Confirmed everything was set up right on Wix and ShipStation. Yet it doesnt work and never did. Wix support is useless. If you read this, dont bother with this app it likely is broken as of 2025...

It gets disconnected, and you don't get help neither form WIX or ShipStation

Won't Install

I signed up for 30 day free trial and it keeps saying that I'm locked out due to wrong password. So I reset the password and it still isn't working. I'll be uninstalling

Works like advertised, if there are ever any discrepancies, I do have to reconnect the different selling channels, but that is a rare occurrence. and if I am given the option to fix things myself without having to reach out to somebody to fix it for me. That's A win

I don't like the App

I signed up for the free trail for two days, it did not work with me, and then cancelled. they still charge me the full amount. Tried to reach the customer service but no answer. I am trying to contact them for a week now and I can't find anyone to talk to.

TODAY I HATE THIS APP

I have not received updated orders from Wix in 2 days. MEANWHILE... I have a business to run.

No customer service after you sign up

I signed up for the free trial and was immediately contacted by one of their representatives, who seemed very helpful initially. She talked me into entering a credit card (even though I was only using the free trial) which was a mistake. After they got my credit card, the customer service completely changed for the worse. From that point forward I couldn't reach the representative that seemed so willing to help at first. If you want to try the free trial, DO NOT give them your credit card number. Wait until you've completed the free trial and are happy with the product. I ended up canceling after a few months of not getting the services I needed or the customer support. For $10 a month, it basically does the same as Shippo's free product and Shippo's customer support was a little better.

App would not connect with site... No help from ShipStation!

No matter what I did I couldn't get ShipStation to connect with my Wix site. The person I contacted at ShipStation couldn't have cared less either and offered no help or solution. I use ShipStation through PayPal all the time and it's fine but that's an extra step when I have to ship through my website. FAIL.

the app will not connect to be store and there is no support to get it working. deleting the app.

Saves time and helps with shipping accuracy

Not sure why peoples reviews say there is no customer service. Every time ive had an issue i chat with a representative directly off their site and have always gotten the help i need right away. They even send an email transcript of the conversation in which you can respond to them directly off the email. ive always gotten my issues resolved quickly. I also love the ability to create a branded tracking page rather than using the USPS site for tracking info and even allows the customers to sign up for SMS updates. Definitely makes my company seem more professional. Thank you shipstation keep up the good work

Not good for Amazon FBA in UK

Not great for integrating Wix with Amazon FBA in the UK. Lots of bugs. Orders don't always go through to FBA correctly. We found that it had errors updating on a daily basis so we had to log in to Shipstation and click the refresh button. If we didn't do that, orders wouldn't go through. So it was a real waste of time. They've kind of fixed that now but occasionally it will have an error updating and you'll have to log in to fix it, but they don't notify you so if you don't check regularly, orders just won't go through to Amazon. There are more issues. Missing information such as email addresses so customers don't get order updates. Very fiddly to set up. Doesn't like it when there are multiple products in an order. Very slow support - don't hear back for weeks at times. It took a while to set it all up, but now we're looking for an alternative provider to do the integration, as Shipstation is not worth the hassle. Wouldn't recommend - we hope there is a better app out there

Absolutely no support

Apparently nonstop commercials on cable tv don't position Ship Station in a place to perform basic customer service. My password wasn't working so request a forget password reset link. After receiving confirmation that I would recieve an email to reset my password. Nothing. Tried again. Nothing. Tried again. Nothing. EMail customer support. Replies seems to not actually read the request and I have not been able to access my account all day. Password reset is so basic, and they can't get that right?

Could Not Get Invoices

We used ShipStations for several months. We had multiple charges come through our bank account from ShipStation that they could not produce invoices for. We have spent roughly a month trying to find the source of the invoices.

Impossible to Set Up

Stuck in a loop of trying to connect my Wix site with this app, but all it does is redirect me back to my own site. As many others have noted, customer service is abysmal- worse than useless. If you do happen to get a response, all they do is try to sell you things. You’re much better off using clickship

ShipStation makes the process so much easier and quicker. Labels printed and out the door in minutes.

Very easy to integrate and start shipping labels

Shipstation has been the easiest application to use with our Wix store. Orders from Wix transfer to Shipstation seamlessly and I can get packages out much faster than going through a shipper directly. Would recommend it to anyone with a Wix store.

Best App I have

Adding ShipStation saved us around 25% on shipping. It consolidates the orders and with the mobile app, I can easily track every status in one location and even see if there are delivery issues that I need to address. This is crucial to proactive customer service and builds trust with you and clients. With the ever-changing fuel surcharges, having a plethora of shipping options given with a single click, gives me the best value for the customer.

Terrific for small businesses!

I'm a small business and was pretty hesitant when my Wix rep recommended Shipstation. But, we were growing and I thought we might need some shipping organizational support so I signed up for the free trial. Within just a few days, I couldn't imagine running my business without Shipstation! I especially like how you can bring together your various selling channels (websites, Etsy, etc) into one convenient platform. And, the customer support is FANTASTIC! Send an email and you'll get an answer within an hour or so. I've even had customer service agents email me quick how-to videos and I really appreciate this kind of connected, customized support. I also feel that Shipstation will grow with us--we're just getting started with batch shipping and it's nice to know we've got such a great partner in Shipstation!

Great shipping platform!

Great shipping software that works very seamlessly with Wix. There are many extra features available to those who have more advanced shipping needs. I do wish that Rollo printers still worked with ShipStation Connect, however this is just a small inconvenience.

Amazing- 6th store setup with Shipstation

I have multiple stores all shipping using ship station. It allows me to brand each one differently on packing slips and labels. Easy to setup with my Wix Store. Orders from all different e-commerce sites show up in Shipstation so I don't even have to log into each e-commerce site daily.

Great App but broke the Free shipping discount from Wix

This would have been 5 stars but once installed the free shipping with Wix when you reach a certain value like $100.00 breaks. Each side blames the other for this issue. I doubt this will ever be fixed it took over a month to actually explain it to both of them until they understood what was happening. I will say I have tried about all of them some with disastrous results this is the best shipping app period.

I use shipstation through my PayPal account but I can´t access it directly through Wix without it wanting to charge. Can yall clear this up for me_

Best multi channel shipping software... FOREVER!

We own 15 Wix sites several have ecommerce in them and our office staff loves not digging through each site for shipping orders. 2x a day they log into ShipStation.com, we have all web sites and channels point to Ship Station. Zero integration, zero down time, zero API BS###. 1 log in, 15 web sites on Wix, and multiple channels for FBA and etc or simple orders coming in through the site. Actually it has a value of $50 a month. It is priced too low in reality for what it saves in time and shipping cost. The add the weekly revenue report is automatically sends you plus associated shipping cost. Hey kids, this is what it is supposed to be for active entrepreneurs. Love the App!!

I love the fact that I can access all my orders on my phone, print a pick list and even labels, all in one place! An End of Day form is perfect for the post office, as they only have to scan the form not each shipment. It is set up so that I can cancel orders, combine orders or hold orders, which is so useful when a customer asks for a certain ship date. Shipstation app also lets me view each store's sales as well as sales by product! It also has many other features that are so useful for business. Great app and very user friendly!!

doesn't work with Wix, no longer functional

I thought it wasn't connected at all,,,,,For some reason the data stream from wix is delayed 3 days now. Orders show up in shipstation 3 days late. Like,,, the date is wrong in the code or something. Both wix and shipstation support have been unable to fix this. Been like this for about 3 weeks now.

I've been using Ship Staiton for a few years now and it works great. The inventory part of it could use some upgrades and refinement, but other than that its great!

Easy to Use But...

Since ive begun using ShipStation not one single order has synced back with tracking information to inform my customers - so I've been having to do triple the work by manually inputting every tracking number. SUCH A HEADACHE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
