CRAP never show the same rate it show customers

doesnt show actual shipping, show customer on the website one thing then when I get into Ship Station show a different rate

Horrible Service

I have been a loyal Shipstation user for over six years. I have never encountered less competent staff who cannot even read an email. I opened a ticket about a problem with my account two months ago and it still has not been addressed. Too expensive and garbage service. avoid.

Totally sucks. Sometimes you need a quick 10 minute call.

Never Connected

Confirmed everything was set up right on Wix and ShipStation. Yet it doesnt work and never did. Wix support is useless. If you read this, dont bother with this app it likely is broken as of 2025...

Awful App

It gets disconnected, and you don't get help neither form WIX or ShipStation

Won't Install

I signed up for 30 day free trial and it keeps saying that I'm locked out due to wrong password. So I reset the password and it still isn't working. I'll be uninstalling

App would not connect with site... No help from ShipStation!

No matter what I did I couldn't get ShipStation to connect with my Wix site. The person I contacted at ShipStation couldn't have cared less either and offered no help or solution. I use ShipStation through PayPal all the time and it's fine but that's an extra step when I have to ship through my website. FAIL.

no support for app not working

the app will not connect to be store and there is no support to get it working. deleting the app.

Absolutely no support

Apparently nonstop commercials on cable tv don't position Ship Station in a place to perform basic customer service. My password wasn't working so request a forget password reset link. After receiving confirmation that I would recieve an email to reset my password. Nothing. Tried again. Nothing. Tried again. Nothing. EMail customer support. Replies seems to not actually read the request and I have not been able to access my account all day. Password reset is so basic, and they can't get that right?

Could Not Get Invoices

We used ShipStations for several months. We had multiple charges come through our bank account from ShipStation that they could not produce invoices for. We have spent roughly a month trying to find the source of the invoices.

Impossible to Set Up

Stuck in a loop of trying to connect my Wix site with this app, but all it does is redirect me back to my own site. As many others have noted, customer service is abysmal- worse than useless. If you do happen to get a response, all they do is try to sell you things. You’re much better off using clickship

doesn't work with Wix, no longer functional

I thought it wasn't connected at all,,,,,For some reason the data stream from wix is delayed 3 days now. Orders show up in shipstation 3 days late. Like,,, the date is wrong in the code or something. Both wix and shipstation support have been unable to fix this. Been like this for about 3 weeks now.

Give Up If You Need SUPPORT! Over 3 WEEKS WITH NO ANSWER OR HELP!!

When this works, it's great, talks seamlessly with WIX store. However, when it doesn't and you need support, you might as well open your own shipping account and ship that way. Their "escalation team" is trash, you can not talk with anyone via phone only through email, which if you're not tech savvy then good luck explaining your problem. Even supervisors are useless, they only look for a satisfaction survey to be filled out about your experience, which apparently doesn't get looked at because all of my surveys show problem not resolved, but I guess they dont care! They promise to get things resolved, and then tell you to uninstall and reinstall and then you guessed it still does NOT work properly! Being a small biz trying to navigate COVID setback, they really leave you up the creek without a paddle let alone a boat! Bottom line, use it if you need something quick but do NOT make this your permanent solution, until they fix support this is a complete waste of time and effort! Move On!

Issues Right At Onboarding! Don't Use This App!

Not user friendly. Signup pages are non responsive, little to no support, & a staff that doesn't care. Moving over to Shippo.

The worst

Does not work with wix. Period. For them to offer, it is a total waste of people's time. Because there is no connection, it does not function.

will not connect both companies pass the buck back and forth but wil say have had great luck with all other platforms and Shipstation EXCEPT for Wix who doesn't seem to be able to get it right.

Highly Not Recommended

At first, it was doing well until I realized I was paying $25 month plus and extra $10-$20 for labels. This app barely works. There's always something wrong with it. Today, it just stop working with no explanation. So annoying. I'm currently looking for other ways to ship since I use UPS.

Don't like this app at all. Can't wait for my year to be up so I can move to Squarespace. Wix is too limited for me and Squarespace was easier to build

Not good enough

We asked for a better way to get shipping prices to our customers as none of the shipping calculators work worth a flip in Wix and then we get this... I'm not paying extra for shipping when I get discounted rates with XPS shipping. Total let down... and the shipping thing is a game changer so I'm looking to move my site elsewhere as I don't see the upside to the "wix" site at all.

I use eshipper to ship, unfortunately wix wont let me use them as an option on here. shipstation cost me a monthly fee and I don't even get discounted shipping......what? shipper costs me nothing per month, I get discounted shipping in which their fee is included...…...could we see about integrating something actually worth while. Even integrating Canada post rates with an option to allow us to ask for rates posted to customer be discounted slightly would be better than this.
