    DO NOT ADD TO WEBSITE

    I added this app to my website, and it removed ALL the add to cart buttons from my website. Thankfully a customer brought this to my attention immediately and we deleted the app and it fixed it. BEWARE THIS APP IS A SCAM. REPEAT. DO NOT ADD TO WEBSITE.

    Useless APP- find something else-

    They promote free trial everywhere but dont allow u to connect to sales channel. Forcing me to pay for a trial before i can try to use to app. just a money suck for no reason. Find another app THEY ARE ALSO LYING IN THE RESPONSE BELOW. THE FREE TRIAL NEVER WORKED, which is why i deleted and tried again. ZERO STARS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

    Doesn't work

    Installed on the site and published. When I go to the back end to manage it it just throws up an error page.

    Unacceptable Business Practices!!

    It's now 10/13/24 and I received 1 email from your support asking me if I'd like to discuss????? I responded and still have not received a reply. Zakeke is located in another country. I had 2 situations where my credit card companies refused to pay for that reason. Weeks ago I took care of the payment. Signed back in to use my account and it wanted me to pay again! I tried paying again even if it was a duplicate payment for same month and an error came up and asked me contact their support. Sent an email. Received one that said they were investigating and over a week later - NO contact. I have many images I've uploaded and cannot work on my account. I need this rectified immediately. Not only is there a several month learning curve for their service, they are now holding my images hostage!

    It is horrible.

    When I need it to work most it isn't. Customer service is non existent. I am beyond frustrated. They get my payment faithfully and this is what I get. what company doesn't have a way for you to speak to a representative. HORRIBLE! Save your money. It deserves zero stars.

    Absolutely awful

    Will not integrate even after repetitively following their instructions and redownloading multiple times. Also wont let me add products just keeps bringing up the same screen no matter what I try to do on the account home page. Changed my email Multiple times because it kept asking me to change. Would give -5 stars if I could

    App does not work

    I have had multiple issues with this app now. Customers have not been able to click the customise button for over a month now, and I have followed all guides. I was charged 3 times in the space of 48hours. I would not recommened this app.

    Doesnt work

    Not only are their fees outrageous @ 1.9% on top of the other seller fees we are already hit with, the customization button does not even work after the previous update, thus making it a waste of $19+ a month altogether and preventing any of my customers from purchasing custom items at all. Their support also seems to be working banker hours and does not respond on any kind of urgent basis.

    Péssimo, mas a culpa não é só deles

    Primeiro, para testar esse app você precisa ter um plano premium na Wix, para isso precisa paga antes e até migrar seu domínio. Depos de adquirir o plano pago e migrar meu site, instalei Zakeke e comecei com minhas decepções, exemplos abaixo. Não é possível acrescentar preço adicional por lado da camiseta. Cliente precisa copiar e colar um token fornecido pelo app em um campo texto antes de finalizar a compra. Para testar, adquiri na Zakeke um plano de até 25 produtos, só que não é permitido utilizar variações, isso quer dizer que você precisa desmembrar seus produtos na loja, cada variação precisa ser um produto simples no Zakeke, então se tiver 2 produtos com mais de 10 variações, não vai conseguir cadastrar outros. Preciso contar isso a todos porque perdi pelo menos 1 semana migrando o site, perdi vendas e recebi muitas reclamações. Se você precisa vender produtos personalizados, fuja agora do Wix, e não perca tempo testando Zakeke se tiver produtos com variações.

      Hi, thanks for your review. Let us explain: - Variations/Mark-up Prices: Some features, such as allowing the customer to select a product variant within the customizer or the ability for the merchant to add a markup price to the product based on customization, strictly depend on the ability of the e-commerce to pass certain information to Zakeke (such as a variant or the starting product price). In some cases, such as in the case of Wix, e-commerce does not pass this information. Personalization Token: the Wix cart is not editable from external apps and therefore Zakeke cannot pass the personalization information made in Zakeke to the store cart once the customer has finished with the personalization. This limit also does not allow Zakeke to link a print-ready file for a purchased design to an order in Wix. The token has the function of connecting a design in Zakeke with absolute certainty to an order in Wix and avoiding any mistakes for you with your customers.
