expensive and not user friendly

We are selling digital editalbe products to print by customer, I thought it's like canva, but its very complicated to add rules and to design, some steps make no sense. Thought we can change from fancy product designer to Zakeke, cause the overlay is very impressive... Also german translation is not very good in backend, you better should delete this language its not to understand. At the end of als its very expensive, if you only sell digital self printable prodcuts for less than a euro/ dollar

DO NOT ADD TO WEBSITE

I added this app to my website, and it removed ALL the add to cart buttons from my website. Thankfully a customer brought this to my attention immediately and we deleted the app and it fixed it. BEWARE THIS APP IS A SCAM. REPEAT. DO NOT ADD TO WEBSITE.

Useless APP- find something else-

They promote free trial everywhere but dont allow u to connect to sales channel. Forcing me to pay for a trial before i can try to use to app. just a money suck for no reason. Find another app THEY ARE ALSO LYING IN THE RESPONSE BELOW. THE FREE TRIAL NEVER WORKED, which is why i deleted and tried again. ZERO STARS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Zakeke in Wix

The app is good but when I customize products in my Wix store using Zakeke, and I need to display the customization image (front or back) on the cart and checkout pages. Why isn't the customization image showing, and is it possible to display it on Wix? Please let me know if possible.

Doesn't work

Installed on the site and published. When I go to the back end to manage it it just throws up an error page.

Unacceptable Business Practices!!

It's now 10/13/24 and I received 1 email from your support asking me if I'd like to discuss????? I responded and still have not received a reply. Zakeke is located in another country. I had 2 situations where my credit card companies refused to pay for that reason. Weeks ago I took care of the payment. Signed back in to use my account and it wanted me to pay again! I tried paying again even if it was a duplicate payment for same month and an error came up and asked me contact their support. Sent an email. Received one that said they were investigating and over a week later - NO contact. I have many images I've uploaded and cannot work on my account. I need this rectified immediately. Not only is there a several month learning curve for their service, they are now holding my images hostage!

It is horrible.

When I need it to work most it isn't. Customer service is non existent. I am beyond frustrated. They get my payment faithfully and this is what I get. what company doesn't have a way for you to speak to a representative. HORRIBLE! Save your money. It deserves zero stars.

Absolutely awful

Will not integrate even after repetitively following their instructions and redownloading multiple times. Also wont let me add products just keeps bringing up the same screen no matter what I try to do on the account home page. Changed my email Multiple times because it kept asking me to change. Would give -5 stars if I could
