    What’s the point? Mobile Devices aren’t covered

    When most use phones these days to access content, you all don’t cover that. What’s the point?

    Does not cover your site on mobile devices!!

    I contacted them a while ago about this, but nothing has changed. I have no reason to pay 3 times more than their competitors for less than half the security. (Most of my visitors use mobile devices). This is my edited review concerning your reply. "we cannot provide solutions specific to your site here." Specific to my site?? Most websites have a mobile friendly version of their site and they should because it's projected that in the next few years 79% of website traffic will come from mobile devices. This is not specific to my site! However, it is my fault for choosing you as I don't know one of your competitors who doesn't cover the mobile version of websites. As I mentioned in my chat message to you, as I could have lost money during the time waiting for you to fix this security concern, it would be fair for you to refund the 8 months I have left on my plan. Please be sure to publicly announce whether or not you will issue my refund.

      We've released capability to support mobile devices, on some special use cases which only happens on mobile to bring Guard to next level.
