this app did not function correctly, it would not switch between languages, it was embarrassing for the price of it

Great customer service!!!

I had some issues with the translations being generic and wrong, but I changed the wording to alter the translations and it worked. I do recommend some kind of option for the users to go in and maybe edit a translation or make suggestions so it can be 100% comprehensible or accurately translated without changing wording. Otherwise a remarkable feature for anyone who doesn't have the time to translate every page on their website manually.

C'était pas clair que c'était juste un essay et que après il faillait payer. C'est compliqué pour moi de savaoir ce qui a éte traduit manuellement et quoi avec l'appli et qu'est-ce qui reste une fois le temps d'essay passé

Technical Issues

Tried to use the business plan to include transcription in both a React website and a Wix website and it does not work. Still lots of work on the technical side. Do not recommended

Doesn't work properly

This app inserts in the translated text in random places some parts of html code. It doesn't work properly with WIX. Widget with language selection randomly disappears from the page. You have to control it all the time.. Easier to just prepare few version of your page in different languages. Waste of money.

Don't use this plugin, Can't even remove it.

I tried every way to remove this plugin from my website, but to no avail. I tried reaching out to them but no reply whatsoever. Somebody please help me get this shitty plugin off my website.

After 8 days of real nightmare with Weglot app this one is pure joy !

Easy to work with, you can do whatever with few clicks. I have tried to use weglot but it was a real disaster, lot of bugs that no wix no weglot team were able to fix after 8 days. Convey this is not cheap, but worth it. Recommend.

Makes website slower and doesn´t work properly and very bad support

Since i installed this app my website got slower, the translation are poor, my google ads keeps getting reproved and the support is terrible

Technical issues & No Support

The actual issue isnt even with the translation, though its not perfect. Its with the support and technical issues. I live in an area where my website needs to be in French. Unfortunately, my french is not good enough to do this without some translation help. This seemed like the best option without breaking the bank. At least its something.. Well, its not even something because it isnt working properly. I purchased the month. Contacted support with my issue. Havent heard back. So I purchased the app for nothing I guess. At least on WIX this app doesnt have great reviews. I'd avoid it unless you have no other option.

Not fully functional

Conceptually great but temperamental on Wix. Does not translate Home page automatically Does not translate Page Menu on Wix sites and does not translate iframes so does not work with Wix FAQs

Garbage / Basura en espanol

Don't use this free app. It does not translate your website! It would translate about 8 words per page out of 400. Don't waste your time.

Confusing

I don't understand why if you delete a word on your website it doesn't delete from your word count. This is causing issues in my site because its says the word count exceeded.

Niestety jeśli idzie o zmianę planu to po prostu katastrofa !!!!!!! Z planu darmowego od 3 miesięcy nie jestem wstanie przejść na plan płatny .W własnej aplikacji nie można opanować wyboru języków .Koszmar !!!
