I had the best experience and help from Dami! Dami was reassuring and stated that they would get back to me. I thought that was it will never hear from them. I tried again to resolve my issue alone although - Dami was awesome! They got back to me via email with an actual recording of how to fix the issue - which was so simple. Thank you Dami!
