i love this idea, but it just doesn't work and no one has responded to my messages

We received your support message but our offices were unfortunately closed for the extended memorial day weekend. We were able to respond the following tuesday but have not heard back, hopefully our messages are making it through. We are unfortuantely unable to recreate the issue on our end and would love a chance to take a look to see what could be going wrong. We should be able to resolve any issues or bugs you may be encountering.
