Poor Implementation
The app directs you to an external site to configure the popups where you will quickly find it is impossible to design them to match your theme. This app would be much better if they removed the proprietary and convoluted editor and instead changed it to simply draw a Wix lightbox at certain moments the user chooses (like exit intent). Then, you could actually edit your popup in the Wix editor and you could design it to match your site's theme. Also, most of their options for customization seemed bare-bones. Also, if you leave their website (where you have to edit the app) before you are finished with your initial setup, I'm pretty sure it is impossible to return to complete it, bricking the app. There are no visual elements placed in your editor when the app is installed so you can't just delete it by selecting one of its components. You must go to "Manage Apps" in the EDITOR and delete it. Trying to do this from the dashboard doesn't work and claims the app has visual content.
