    Inutile ...

    Par exemple, en mondial relais (mais c'est pareil pour les autres), on ne peut pas mettre de règle pour les poids ou être relié directement au service de mondial relais. C'est donc le même prix peu importe le poids. La solution de contournement est de faire de règles dans Wix pour le prix, envoyer un mail au client depuis Boxtal pour qu'il choisisse sont point relais, attendre la réponse et générer l'étiquette. Ca va prendre 3 jours si on n'est pas réactif ou que le client n'est pas dispo. On est en 2025 la, que le client ne puisse pas tout faire directement au paiement avec le prix correct en fonction du poids c'est honteux. C'est désinstallé immédiatement ... Le seul point positif est la facilité d'intégration dans Wix grâce au tuto et video.

      Bonjour, Effectivement, à cause de limitations sur Wix, l'option Boxtal ne permet pas de définir directement des conditions de livraison. Nous le regrettons et proposons donc la solution de contournement que vous décrivez, qui en effet n'est pas la plus pratique, mais permet au moins de mettre des conditions de livraison avec nos points relais sur Wix. Malgré cela, Boxtal apporte certains avantages dont : - Offres d'expédition variées, à tarifs compétitifs et sans engagement - Gestion des expéditions centralisée sur une plateforme unique entre tout type de commande - Suivi des envois, facturation et service client centralisés - Mise à jour automatique du statut des commandes sur votre boutique - Collecte multi-transporteurs, si vous expédiez plus de 300 colis par mois et êtes en Ile-de-France Si vous avez une autre boutique faite avec WooCommerce, Prestashop ou Shopify, Boxtal permet de définir des conditions de livraison en relais sans problème.     Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service

    I used Boxtal to send an international shipment via UPS. I paid in full, filled out all required information on their platform, and attached every document they provided. The shipment was registered in UPS’s system under Boxtal’s name, so when customs required a commercial invoice, I had no way to upload or provide it directly — only Boxtal could. They never gave me the necessary document or instructions, and UPS confirmed they needed to receive it from Boxtal. As a result, my parcel was returned, the delivery failed, and Boxtal refused to issue a refund, claiming it was my fault. This failure not only caused significant delays but also direct financial loss and serious damage to my relationship with the customer who had been waiting for weeks. Their customer support was slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for their part in the failed shipment. I cannot recommend this service to any business owner relying on timely and professional logistics.

      Hello natalia7401, We are truly sorry for the difficulties you faced with this shipment and the consequences for your business relationship. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been. For international commercial shipments, it is the sender’s responsibility to attach the commercial invoice, and sometimes other documents, directly to the parcel. We always send an email reminder about these obligations at the time of booking. If documents are missing, and our customer service is notified in time, we do everything we can to provide the missing paperwork to the carrier. However, once the parcel is already on its way back, this is no longer possible. To better understand what happened in your specific case, we would need either your account number or the shipment reference. With this information, we can check why we were not able to forward the missing document to UPS in time. Best regards, Gabriel from the Boxtal team

    je déconseille

    Impossible de joindre le service client par téléphone, on leur demande de nous aider à intégrer leur système, ils sont pas capables de le faire aucune aide n'est apportée malgré que je rencontre un problème, j'ai déconseille il aurait été judicieux de faire un partage d'écran, nous expliquer les démarches à suivre et vous gagnerez des clients mais bon apparemment c'est pas votre objectif

Si notre support vous a dans un premier temps répondu à l'écrit et demandé une capture d'écran de votre configuration, c'est pour prendre davantage connaissance de cette dernière, et pouvoir mieux vous guider par la suite. Concernant les démarches à suivre, nous disposons d'un centre d'aide, avec notamment une page "Configurer le choix des points relais lors du checkout sur Wix", ainsi qu'une vidéo YouTube concernant notre solution sur Wix.     synchronisation impossible

    Je n'arrive pas à synchroniser mes commandes wix sur boxtal... Je ne peux donc pas imprimer mes bordereaux d'envoi. J'ai pourtant cherché dans l'assistance mais rien ne fonctionne...
