About this App
WhatsApp Notifications sends a WhatsApp message when something important happens on your site, so you hear about new orders and bookings as they come in and your customers remember their appointments. Get WhatsApp alerts on your own phone for new Stores orders, Bookings, Restaurants orders, Events ticket sales and Forms submissions, and send visitors automatic WhatsApp booking reminders and order updates. Site Owner alerts reach your own number when a new Store order is created, when a booking is created, rescheduled or cancelled, when a customer places a Restaurants order, when Event tickets are purchased and when a form is submitted on your site. Switch on only the notifications you want. Customer alerts keep the people who book and order with you informed: send up to 2 WhatsApp reminders before each appointment, let customers know when a booking is rescheduled or cancelled, and confirm Restaurants orders when they are accepted, fulfilled or canceled. The messages are ready-made, so there is nothing to write, and the sent messages log shows what went out.

Terrible, after one months talking with tecnical service still not working
Is one months or more that i'm talking to customer service because the app doesn't work. I do not receive any notification basically. Before they told me yes, app have problem we will gonna fix it. After they say yes now is working, but is not. And today they told me that if i want to talk more about fix the issue in the app that doesnt work, you need to upgrade to pay version, not even trial mode anymore. (Okay, I can raise this issue with our tech team if you have an active plan. At the moment, they are not accepting additional support requests for trial accounts.) They ask me to pay to help them fix an app that doesnt work. Unbelivable. They want make me feel i'm time consuming for them.

Hello, We fixed the app in a couple of iterations, however, more changes were asked afterward. Since you are a free user, we asked to upgrade to show commitment. Unfortunately, this didn't materialise, and we prioritise support for premium users. Thank you for understanding

I tried it and it didn't work. also it doesn't allow to modify the templates. pretty annoying.

The application only has one language and when you install it, there is an option to get in touch so that translation or language change can be done, but that's a lie. They won't translate. It's a shame. They should make more languages available or some type of automatic message translation for the chosen language.
