Add a WhatsApp order button to your product pages and a floating chat button to every page, free. Shoppers tap once and a chat opens with the product name, price and link already written. Show the order button on all products, only chosen ones, or all except a few. The floating button can open a chat, call you, or offer both. Match your site: size, corners, outline or filled, alignment, your font and a label such as "Chat with us". Your dashboard lists your orders (name, phone, email) and counts every button click, with 7, 30 or 90-day totals, search and CSV download. Optional and free with the LeadTrapper desktop app for Windows: order confirmation, payment and shipping messages from your own WhatsApp number; cash-on-delivery confirmation, where customers reply 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel and the answer appears next to the order; and a check that flags orders whose phone number is not on WhatsApp, a common sign of a fake order. Everything stays off until you turn it on, and customers can reply STOP to opt out.
