It's Ok.

It's very inefficient and drastically reduces the speed of your website. removing this widget reduced my page download size by 90%. If you add this app to your site, don't have it on your homepage. create a dedicated page for your socials. It does work fine though. no problems with connectivity etc.

Image shadows are cut off on bottom

There is no option to increase padding on top & bottom of the gallery layout, so if you want to add a shadow to your image/image container, the shadow will be cut off on the bottom. I can't understand why these developers don't test these simple details out before releasing apps. I've tried everything to fix it, contacted support, etc. and there is no way to fix this. I prefer using Wix-made apps, but in this case I have to use a 3rd party app :(

I downloaded the feature thinking it would be on the page I was asking it to upload on, and it's connected to the top part of my home page & it's locked and won't let me delete it. this is trash & ruined my home page

WIX: stop using your customers to test your prematurely released features!

I was recently locked out of the old Instagram app and, despite links in Wix claiming it could be fixed, I was unable to get it running again. Forced to use the new app, Wix now requires access to my private messages and an excessive amount of personal information, not something I want or need. It feels as though so many Wix features are released prematurely; they seem to rely on customers to suffer through the headaches and report bugs rather than doing adequate testing themselves. This is not the kind of stress I can afford right now. I paid for a website with specific features, but when those features fail, Wix offers no compensation or credit. Above all, these technical failures make my business appear unprofessional to my clients. Wix needs to stop using their paying customers as beta testers.

It's not anywhere as good as it can be

With the way Instagram is constantly updating how people can post onto the platform, it's a shame Wix cant keep up. The current way most professionals post these days are with collaborative posts, however, Wix cant share these posts to the website, so the instagram feed cant post any recent images unless they're either doubled up as individual posts or a completely separate account is used which defeats the purpose. Come on Wix, why cant you allow collaborative posts to your websites.

I noticed that my instagram feed was no longer working on my website, but when I went to fix it I had to go through hoops because I need the "new app." This thing is so annoying and difficult to work out. It was so easy before. Why did they break it?

What an incredible nightmare to try and get this app onto my site. Not user friendly and I have wasted a ridiculous amout of time trying to get it to do what it is supposed to do.

This App Is Terrible

This app is by far the worst app I have ever attempted to use on Wix. There are little to no formatting options and the pop up window's cut off half of the text from my instagram post with no way to adjust the text box in the popup. Considering Instagram is the main platform I post my content on, it is critical that it links with my website, it is appalling that this app is as terrible as it is.

Something is wrong with pop up view

Popup view looks very bad. The box of the feed has a big white space on the left, while the close button is halfway outside the frame. On top of that it's really impossible to edit the design properly, as it is controlled by a bunch of out dated and confusing menus

Error 400 Session Invalid SOLVED!

The feed was no longer syncing with instagram. I kept getting error 400 Session Invalid, but the problem is on Instagrams end. Here is the solution, I hope that it helps! Wix error 400 Go to your Instagram settings and follow these steps: Open Settings Tap Account Center Under Account Settings, select Your information and permissions Tap Your activity off Meta technologies Select Manage future activity Tap Disconnect future activity Wait 2 minutes Go back and select Connect future activity Once that’s done: Go to Wix Reconnect your Instagram feed. This will fix the problem!

Jahrelang lief die App, das Update kann man leider nicht installieren, bzw. bearbeiten oder Verbinden, ist also völlig nutzlos. Aber jedes Jahr die Abo-Preise erhöhen.

This app sort of worked in the beginning, but it stopped working after awhile. I tried reconnecting and never could get it to work again.

This "NEW" version and the older version are useless. I can't get it to work on my site.

Simple, clean, and does exactly what I need.

The Instagram feed updates automatically and looks great on mobile. Customizing the layout was quick, and it blends perfectly with my site design. A solid choice if you want your IG content displayed without any fuss.
