Not working

Links break randomly, breaking the only purpose of the app!
I was HAPPY with this app for about 2 months. Then randomly my links have just quick working entirely. I paid for a year of usage in January, now in March my apps are all DEAD. I only use this tool to generate short links for my affiliate links, so dead links = COSTING ME MONEY! This is a massive failure and I really wish I'd have gone with one of the free options that exist, I just liked the ease of integration with my Wix website. This is probably going to make me leave Wix entirely. UPDATE: Wix support says it is my DNS record settings, but they haven't changed since I setup this app and it worked for 2 months. Today I went to load the app to check again and it won't even open. I just get a "Something went wrong." error. It seems to me that this app is likely abandoned and accepting payments for something that doesn't work. I'll be trying to get a refund asap.

Doesn't work
I moved my DNS records recently from GoDaddy to WIX, and followed the instructions for how to set up this app. Every single one of my links is now broken, there isn't an FAQ telling me what to do, and I'm unable to contact the company via Support form (I keep on clicking the "Send Message" button and nothing happens)

Terminally Broken
Did the trial, intending to upgrade. Trial expired, links went dead (no warning). Upgraded, now links are STILL dead and cannot create new links to replace them. AWFUL. Update: They fixed it a day later, now just two weeks later they do not work again. Quitting this app, recommend you do not download/install.

When I scan the code for my store it gives a warning
I'm so glad I tested this QR because it pops up a warning that my website is deceptive. It's not. It's literally a small business jewerly boutique. I'm so irritated right now. I will not be paying for this crap service.

I upgraded to so I could use my custom domain and it still wouldn't give me the option
