This simple tool helps build customer loyalty for your business. Each Coin is equal to your local currency (e.g., $1 USD, £1 GBP), making it easy to reward customers wherever you operate. With Twism, you’re in control—set how many Coins are earned per purchase, how often they’re awarded, and even create your own branded Coins. You can also invite existing customers to join your loyalty program by sending them Coins directly. Track performance through your dashboard with insights into customer habits. You’re absolutely right that Twism isn’t available in Sweden just yet, and we also don’t currently support Swedish language translations. Need some help please
Love the app but lately its been getting status code 500 when people try to login thru the widget. Tried clearing browser cache and other troubleshooting methods. Not sure if it has something to do with google updating but 500 is usually server side. So some guidance as to how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Can't add coins to balance
The + button for adding codes and coins doesn't work! Welcome codes or coins can't be added to your balance! Both mobile and desktop! Edit: after compromising and still using this, you need a mobile app to get the coins AND you can't use them for pricing plans which is a main part of my site! Very frustrated overall with this product.

Not working with Wix new booking cart feature
I have it installed and its really a good tool, however it is not working with the new feature of wix for bookings cart where clients can book multiple booking at the same time. tried to reach out to support via "My apps" page on wix and got an error stating my msg cant be sent.

Very simple process on test order

Honestly searched for months on wix for an app with a referral program like this, it works perfectly with my website whilst all others have been terrible or only for wix shops and not across bookings, this is done so well and I have only used it for a matter of hours and its already thousand times better than the other apps I have tried. well done guys!

Very User Friendly!
This was a breeze to set up and manage. Easiest plugin I've used thus far. I'm extremely happy with my decision to switch to Twism from a standard Loyalty program managed from with the site editor and the member pages. I like the customer widget as well; if I were a customer I'd signup to the site.

Very Prompt Customer Service
Ridiculously Easy to Use So Far

It's great "but" one issue...
Currently has everything that I need and the feedback from customers has been great but I am unable to see any information on individual customers. Side panel will not open it just reboots main screen? I need to add points to customers from previous rewards program. If I am unable to do this I will have to move back to previous rewards. Hope not, please help. Thanks!

It is great so far, but....
So far I really like this app, but I cannot make it work on the mobil version of my website. Any advice of what to do?

Hi Curl2be, Apologies that you're experiencing an issue. The application "widget" which gets installed to your website is already mobile optimized, and should not have any problems displaying on most browsers. However there are mobile position controls you can access in your "Loyalty Widget" settings area that enable more customization options. very good customer service
**Amended** The team reached out to me and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Overall A+ for customer service. They added a dismiss option to the pop-up which will probably be great for some users. It still blocks my products and my customers just do not like pop-ups at all so I still have the widget disabled. Will definitely re-enable in future should they choose to make the pop-up optional. Very good customer service and I love everything else about app.*** Love the ease of use with this app. It worked seamlessly for customers. But the widget pop up (not the actual icon but the info popup) takes forever to go away and really discourages customers from shopping my store because they can't get it to go away with clicking on it. I would love to have the little icon there for those that want to access their coins but I don't want the popup info text, and there is no way to have the icon without the popup info. I completely disabled the widget because it was costing me sales.

after purchase & canceling order
after purchase, if for some reason we are canceling the order, still the user was able to create points into value. little confusing. Also, inside in twism app, can not see anywhere to cancel the coins, etc

I love everything about this app except
this app is not available in Malaysia. You can use it but i dont see the point of using it because of the lack in mobile application availability in my region. so sad.

Easy to use
So far I like this app, it was easy to add to my website, set up was easy, as well as customization. My only setback is I would like to see options for how much they spent = how many coins (its currently $100= X_____ "whatever option you chose when setting up your account", referrals (coins for sending referrals), and subscriptions (coins for keeping their subscription).

Regarding your concern for the rewards rate, we'd like to mention that rewards are based on the percentage of coins customers will earn back based on each purchase. Meaning, a customer will not have to reach a $100 threshold each time. Instead, coins will be rewarded based on a percentage of their transaction amount. We also appreciate your feedback on referrals as our team is currently working to bring the referral program feature to the platform very soon. Great application
The application is very well designed and simple to use, fantastic that no subscription is currently required. My only concern is that the application is currently not available in the UK market for IOS or Android users.

NEED MORE COLORS FOR THE ICON
I really love this app but I see u can't change the color of the icon so blue doesn't go with how my website is designed, so I had to uninstall due to making my page look tacky.... THANKS FOR THE REPLY I WILL CERTAINLY COME BACK IN NOVEMBER!

Amazing
Twism is the perfect application for any website if you want to give something back to your customers for their purchases and support. This is especially true if you are a small home business where your customers mean everything. The customer care and support from the team at Twism is also second to none. They will help with any question and the replies to emails are very quick. Highly recommend this application to everyone

Amazing product and quick response
Update:. What an amazing and quick response! After my review they promptly reached out and fixed the bug that was causing the issue. We love this program and want to keep using it. Thank you for fixing this! Doesn't let my customers sign up to use this service. When they try to sign up, they are given a code to enter on their phone. They never receive the code, so they cant sign up to earn reward and I lose a sale.
