Wir nutzen WIX erst seit Kurzem. Wir können vieles noch nicht abschließen oder einschätzen. Die Optionen, gerade auch mit intelligenten Tools wie jenem hier, helfen oder haben das Potenzial, Großes zu bewirken.

Added to my account and charged without my conset
This app was added to my wix account and I was charged for it, and I didn't sign up for it. So now I"m out 190 bucks because I was auto enrolled. Not a good look!

When you first access the platform, WIX asks you to authorize a credit card, and if the account isn't cancelled within WIX before the 12 months are up, WIX will charge you. If that's not what happened in your case, kindly open a support ticket or email Wix at support@wix.com from the email address associated with the Wix account you'd like assistance with. not functioning properly
I downloaded this app to try it out before upgrading. I have full access 'cause they were running a promotion but unfortunately I'm unable to effectively connect my social profile to it. For some reason it is not seeing the asset or business that is linked to my Facebook personal account and I'm stuck in a loop trying to get it to work. I have tried several options to start over like removing the connection from my facebook page and starting from scratch clearing the cache trying from a different browser absolutely nothing is working and I've gone through this for about two days now. I'm not sure how to get this to change so as a result I have to say that this app is not effectively helping me in any way

Has done nothing
It has been 2 weeks since I input my business info into this app. I checked my google profile today and......nothing. I just went into google search and edited my profile myself and everything was done 10 minutes later. Same for social media. Not a single thing has been posted in 2 weeks. Dont waste your time inputing info here. Just add it manually yourself

Never Used the Service, No Refund Given
I see a trend here. I see others who have only discovered that they even have the app when a renewal hits. This was a surprise to us as well. We also canceled it and now we have it for another year with no intention of using it still. Also, disappointed.

Never Used the Service, No Refund Given
I was charged for a renewal of this app despite never having used the service. I only discovered it after the renewal had taken place. After 2 years! I requested a refund from Wix, explaining that I had never used the app and had not seen any renewal notification, but my request was declined. I have since cancelled the service. This experience has left me disappointed and I will be moving to another website provider.

Avoid at all cost
This company must be a subsidiary of Tecca Global Resources and Red Ball Market Global. I've just been trying to log in to the service for 2 months with back and forth between wix and the company and they keep saying they're waiting for a response from the company. At this point I don't even believe they exist.

This charge was never approved! Please show proof of the approval. I would like a refund as there is nothing being provided for the charge.
