    A fuir absolument

    Rien n'est fait en cas de problème, même avec un abonnement service client dédié, ils trouvent toujours une bonne raison de ne pas vous rembourser les colis arrivés défectueux. On a arrêté de travailler avec eux !

    Customer Service Pesimo

    Uso Packlink desde hace año y medio, pero la app no es clara, ofrece tarifas y baratas y luego resulta que no tienen proof of delivery y se entregan en el buzón, cualquier problema lo intentan solucionar con que tu cliente firme una declaración jurada conforme no ha recibido el paquete, incluso cuando en el tracking no consta entregado, y la ley dice que solo se puede solicitar en caso de estar entregado y el cliente decir que no lo ha recibido. Lo que me molesta es que siendon tu el cliente siempre se ponen de lado del transportista. Las tarifas para asegurar los envíos son un autentico atraco. Se echa de menos una opción para filtrar cualquier tarifa que ofrezca proof of delivery online. En algunos casos hora de recogida del paquete de 9:00 de la mañana a 20:00, para poner eso mejor no poner nada. Muchos envio al extranjero se quedan eternamente en el estado en transito a pesar de estar entregados. La tarifa de pago de 25 euros mensuales dice descuentos +++ no se que % es eso...
