Perfect solution

SKU IQ has been a life saver. The only option on the market to do what I needed - sync products between my Clover inventory and my Wix online store. I used to have to sit here and enter every single product twice, this has saved a ton of time and effort and now I know my inventory is accurate across both platforms at all times. Highly recommend.

Time-saver

Best multiple platform inventory managment app BY FAR

Worth every penny!

SKU IQ makes streamlining orders between our e-store and our brick and mortar seamless. In addition to keep inventory up to date, it also makes adding new products to our Wix site so much faster. Since our products are automatically uploaded to square when we order they end up on our website with every sync saving us literal hours in back end work.

Exactly what I have been looking for and needing for a while now.

I just got really tired of cutting up CSV files in Excel to upload them and still have issues with product types or variants. SKU IQ makes it easy, hassle and worry free. I received some of the best customer service 4 days into my free trial and I am already sold. Time to find more inventory to add.

Starting up I originally had many questions and errors. After talking to a customer service representative, my questions were immediately answered! Making life easier

I ALMOST didn't upgrade my SKU IQ, but man, they are making life so much easier for me. Totally worth the minimal monthly fee. I used to chat right on their homepage to solve my connection issue, and within 3 minutes my connection to Wix and Square was re-established and syncing.

Syncs physical store using Square with Wix online stores

I have a client who had a huge inventory set up in Square for her physical location. We did not want to use Square for the online sales route because we love Wix. We have used it for 9 months now and this has truly been a great system! It does take work and someone to continually make sure that the products have photos online, etc. however, it has made life easier. I will be recommending this to other clients.

Excellent Integration

I've done lots of research before choosing SKU IQ and thanks to the brilliant sales team behind this company which has been very helpful on showing me all the different features and integrations option, I can say to have done the right choice! Everything works perfectly, I synced Square (POS) with WIX (e-commerce) in a matter of hours thanks to the support team. I can now have a more focus on sales rather than checking my inventory level, with +2000 products available it's imperative for my business to provide an accurate availability to the customers, thing that I'm now more confident to have thanks to SKU IQ. High recommended.

Customer Service

I just did the free trial & got confused so I contacted the specialist contact provided. I set up an appointment time and did the video chat. All my questions were answered and more! 10/10 recommend for small businesses that use multiple platforms. I have now signed up for the monthly plan / service.

Great experience so far!

So far SKU IQ has been very helpful in syncing my inventory from eCommerce (WIX) to my POS (Square). A few hiccups, but overall very satisfied with it. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to integrate their systems!

Hate it

Totally only works correctly immediately after I tell someone it is not working correctly, then it updates, then the next time it doesn't work. over and over between square & wix. no thanks on this one

Sku IQ has great customer service!

Skuiq allowed me to connect my inventory from my point of sale system to my new website. It tracks all of our inventory in real time. The monthly fee is reasonable but customer service is where they shine. They have helped us every step of the way. Thanks Skuiq for all your support!

Best APP EVER for multiple selling sites/platforms

I used to have to download my library, make changes, reupload for SKUs, redownload only to upload again to my non-Square website if I sold anything in store on at a mobile event. As a result, I constantly lived with the fear of overselling an item and leaving an online customer disappointed, or worse, angry with me! I don't have to do the double work anymore and I don't have to worry about accurate inventory. I LOVE this app!!

Works Great

I haven’t had any issues using this app. Anytime I have run into a problem concerning syncing matters or such, their team has always been available and super helpful when fixing and resolving my issues. My products synced smoothly to my POS and the app has just been a quick and efficient tool for me that has helped me prepare for my popup shops!

Just what I needed for my small business. EXCELLENT customer service!

I run an online toy collectible business where I'm on the go at trade shows but also sell online through my website, eBay, and Amazon. Often I'd sell the same item in person and online before I could manually take items out of my inventory. The solution was some sort of inventory sync program. I came across SkuIQ through my merchant company using a Clover POS. I noticed the software syncs between WIX to Clover so why not give it a shot. There's a small learning curve involved but once you get it going it actually works great! Customer service was awesome and timely. SkuIQ has been a massive time saver and just what I needed for my business

Time saver!

While it doesn’t sync everything (like weight) it does save me a lot of headache as I no longer Have to manually sync inventory. I love This!

Only solution to our company's problem

SKU IQ was the only solution our company could find to connect our e-commerce platform with our POS vendor--and their customer support is amazing for an app. In my experience app support is only via email (which is very frustrating) versus SKU IQ's real time virtual support that was amazing...and the virtual meeting was scheduled so no hold/waiting time. Thank you!

Reliable tool!

SKU IQ is easy to get into, fast and comprehensive. It helped my stock follow-up during the busy period like Christmas without any fear of miscounting. Customer support is excellent and very reactive.

Great Customer Service

It can be tough learning a new system but the customer service is super attentive and takes as much time as you need to help solve your problem. They won't leave you till the problem is solved and you know what to do in the future!

Sync support

I am pretty good with tech, but was having issues syncing between Wix, Square & SKUIQ. I had Alejandro and Jorge helping me via chat, and they did not give up until the issue was all sorted. GREAT customer service!
