    Tous les paiements ne se créent pas sur Vosfactures

    EDIT 30/04/26 : Suite à mon commentaire, le service client a apporté une réponse rapide et nous a permis d'affiner la démarche client pour atteindre au mois d'avril les 98% de paiements effectués sur wix édités sur Vosfactures. Nous devrions arriver au 100% sur le mois de mai suite aux derniers ajustement effectués et aux consignes d'édition des devis données à nos équipes. Je fais donc amende honorable du premier commentaire. Commentaire initial La création des factures sur Vosfactures semblent aléatoire. Je reçois 20 à 30 règlements / jour sur wix, au lieu de gagner du temps, j'en perds énormément à recouper les paiements passés par wix qui n'ont pas fait l'objet d'une facture automatique sur Vosfactures... Un travail de titan qui m'amène à regretter avoir souscrit un abonnement sur vosfactures. Wix et la facturation électronique, ça va être compliqué et Vosfactures ne semble pas prêt....

    Une application qui fait gagner un temps fou !

    J'ai acquis cette application y a maintenant 5 mois et cela à grandement augmenter ma productivité ! Grâce à l'équipe de VosFactures, je n'ai plus besoin de m'occuper à rentrer une par une mes factures, cela se fait automatiquement suite à un achat ! Merci milles fois. Je recommande à 1000%.

    Réactif et efficace

    Une assistance de ce niveau là est juste géniale. Cela fait plus d'un an que je galère avec les factures Wix qui ne sont pas conformes à la réglementation Française. Avec Vosfactures, j'ai enfin trouvé LA solution qui me permet de gérer mes taux de TVA... Quelques améliorations sont attendues sur la gestion de stock en lien avec le stock de WIX...
