It's very impractical!
There are only a set number of places this app can be placed on any chosen page, and none of those options suit the layout of my website. It also appears to make a disaster of the website when viewed in mobile phone mode - glad I haven't paid for anything - considering deleting it at the moment, it's just a faff!

Super tricky to get it to show up on your website
I am not a beginner when it comes to website builds and I find this app tricky to work with. Sometimes it shows up, and then it will suddenly disappear. Support was not helpful.

Renders poorly on mobile. It's literally only a sticky widget. There is only so much real estate on a website for sticky widgets. Unfortunately I have others that take precedent. Feature poor lazy cash grab.

Worth every penny
Many of my calls say I have good reviews. They better exposed with the app especially on mobile devices. Which is where most calls are coming from. Be sure to ask every client for review quickly while they happy and ready. That is a must. As time passes they will not leave one. Over time you will rank better in google.
