Crap
Renders poorly on mobile. It's literally only a sticky widget. There is only so much real estate on a website for sticky widgets. Unfortunately I have others that take precedent. Feature poor lazy cash grab.

It's small
The reviews are all the way at the bottom left corner of the pages. They're small and don't stand out at all. If I wasn't intentionally looking for it, I would totally miss it.

Failing to sync
I have been trying to sync the reviews and the app fails. Its been weeks with a generic message and no explanation. I would like to receive a pro rated refund so I can move on and choose a different reviews app

ridiculous permission requests
I was going to add this app to my website but the app requests permission to take over ownership of my google business page and have the ability to edit or delete the page altogether. there's no way I'm giving some random app that sort of authority over my business page, that's an absolutely ridiculous permission to request imo.

Invasive permissions (Edited)
This app requires permissions that are invasive "See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings, including your business name, phone number, and hours of operation"!! Edited: If the access was limited to just reading, that would make sense, but allowing editing/deleting seems excessive.

Broad Permissions
Read the permissions requested before connecting to your Google account. Giving a third party app "Ownership" of your Google Business listing is an absolutely terrible idea! There's plenty of Public-Only apps/widgets that use Google Maps Places API rather than Business Profile API. There's no way that I would trust this app with all of business profile.

Hello, Please note that providing access to the Google Business is the ONLY way to read all the reviews. Our app only READs, it does not modify anything - these are the minimum permissions that we are asking for. Places API can only read 5 last reviews. And scraping... is not really allowed by Google - we recommend investigation the matter more. Thank you for the feedback

It is showing 12 less reviews then I have after syncing.
Paid for the upgraded version to sync automatically and instead of updating my reviews from 44 to 52 5-star reviews it updated to show 40 5-star reviews... I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and now I paid for a year worth of membership just for it not to work.

Do not recommend
I do not understand the positive rating of this app. We have been using it for many months now as the paid version. This should include automatic syncing of reviews - a feature that has NEVER WORKED. In addition, now when syncing manually it reduced the actual number of reviews by 10?! I do not recommend using or paying for this app and I will switch to another solution.

what the heck
Downloaded the free version and liked it. I went ahead and purchased a month to display more reviews. I showed for a few mins then gone. I cannot get them to display on my desktop or mobile. Glad I didn't purchase it for the year. I hope to hear back and they get it fixed, this fix it I will update this review. As of now I'r recommend the free version as that's the only thing that works. If the app developer is responding to this: I've tried a different browser and I've tried incognito. It did pop up briefly then gone when I tried again.

Terrible widget
Waste of money. The main issue is that the badge is permanently fixed on the screen. On mobile this is very intrusive and gets in the way of the website content. I could not find a reliable way to disable or properly position the floating badge, even after changing the widget settings. This makes the widget hard to use, especially for mobile-focused websites.

Please check https://help.marketpushapps.com/en/articles/8690783-how-can-i-optimise-for-mobile - it's very small and doesn't interfere with the navigation. Da das Widget über der Webseite schwebt, frisst es sehr viel Ladezeit. Ich kann sie nicht mit wenig Kapazitätsverbrauch an beliebiger Stelle in meine Webseite einbauen, sondern nur an vorgegebenen Ecken über der Webseite liegend. Schlechte Lösung, die viel zu viel Kapazitäten verbraucht.

I upgraded to get all my reviews transferred and I am still getting only 10 reviews.

had to delete it, cant change the order of the reviews and it lags on mobile
went for package in the middle with 80 reviews, it showed everyone reviews from 2022, not even a mix, first 10 reviews were from 2022 and i cant find a way to change it. customers were complaining they couldn't shift the google screen from their iphones.

Not good but could be great with slight changes
Its a floating and slightly modifiable widget on the webpage. The qty of reviews it will show is based on how much you pay and it says how many reviews you are displaying and stars only reflect what you have in the widget, not what you have on google. If this could be a static element on the webpage with correct info rather than a widget it might be worth it. For now I added the words "out of 90+" so that visitors know it is only a sample. This could have been great but obv isnt
