the free version is not very helpful

It's very impractical!

There are only a set number of places this app can be placed on any chosen page, and none of those options suit the layout of my website. It also appears to make a disaster of the website when viewed in mobile phone mode - glad I haven't paid for anything - considering deleting it at the moment, it's just a faff!

Super tricky to get it to show up on your website

I am not a beginner when it comes to website builds and I find this app tricky to work with. Sometimes it shows up, and then it will suddenly disappear. Support was not helpful.

Good but critically unreliable

It's good when it works. It has been bugging for several days now however, and that just doesn't work for my business.

You can only add it as a tiny widget which is useless. Was trying to make a section but it won't even let you do anything more than a tiny popup waste of time

Not syncing properly

When there are issues with app, support is hours if not days away from being available! Worked good for awhile but definitely not impressed when syncing reviews and having your total change in the wrong direction.

Outdated viewport scaling issues on modern mobile devices

While the desktop integration works fine, the mobile optimization is severely outdated. The widget seems to be locked to a viewport for legacy devices, causing it to float incorrectly on modern, larger displays like the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Currently, it sits an inch off the bottom of the screen with no way to adjust the anchor or scaling. Furthermore, disabling the mobile view leaves a 'ghost box' in the layout, creating a poor user experience. This widget desperately needs an update for modern resolutions and independent mobile editing capabilities.

Its not updated with the most reviews despite availability for 80.

Would be better if it automaticaly updated with new reviews on my site

It works ok, but I have to manually go in and sync new reviews, when it should do it automatically for the subscription fee.

Très bien pour une entreprise qui a 1 seul emplacement

L'application ne permet pas de récupérer les avis Google de tous les emplacements de l'entreprise. 1 seul emplacement (les avis d'un seul emplacement) est possible. La manipulation de configuration est correcte mais demande une certaine adaptation.

Should allow to pull reviews from multiple sources

This app only allows you to pull from a single source, such as Yelp. If you have multiple locations, or want to pull reviews from say Yelp and Google, you cannot.

Doesnt update google reviews automatically

Paid for the pro version, but still doesnt do what it was sold for. The app is supposed to update our google reviews automatically, but that doesnt happen. I am still having to login to manually refresh these.

I do not recommend

cannot display photos in reviews, I find it quite expensive given the limited number of reviews and the inability to buy an unlimited license both in time and number of reviews.

After I reached 12 google reviews, I upgraded from free to hoppy, to show more than 12 reviews allowed by the free plan. Although I have 12 reviews on google, this app only shows 9. Money was taken immediately, problem occured instantly, but support needs "a few hours". Who wants to face this, after becoming a pying customer?

Another Subscription Fee????

It's getting old having to keep paying for the simplest of things. The free version only allows for 10 reviews to be revealed, and it doesn't update automatically. As a very small business owner, I resent having to pay ANYTHING additional for something that costs this company NOTHING.

It's okay, have to pay for accurate rating to show.

Love the concept of this app, but the plans are too expensive compared to what you get in return, and you can't your real star-rating and the most recent reviews (instead of your oldest), until you pay. You can't actually test the app out this way, so not sure if investing in a monthly payment plan is worth the things the app claims it will do.

Good BUT MUCH TO EXPENSIVE!

I would pay a one time lifetime purchchase for max. 30 Euro but paying monthly its not worth it. This subscription thing is completly overboarding.

The reviews don't actually stay on the website. Also I can't connect more than 1 account. I have 2 accounts and supposedly it won't delete reviews once they are downloaded and approved, but they still disappear.

Hovering Widget

It only allows for a hovering widget, not for integrating reviews into your website. I really dislike the hovering widgets, they're always in the way, stand out, distract from the actual website.

Doesnt work

I downloaded and went to add to my website, it opens to a blank page. No matter how many times I try to reload or use a different browser, I cant add this to my Wix page

Unclear with maximum review approval

The app says you can approve 500 reviews to be displayed on the site - we hit that limit. The app opens a pop up saying to contact support for additional reviews - Contacted support and then receive a message from support stating 500 is the max they can do and will be engaging with development for future updates.

There's a ton of thing to do to make it better

1. Whatever I do, the size of the icons on the mobile version doesn't change (in real life, in the preview, it does). 2. Whatever the size, it takes up SO much space on my mobile screen that I won't use it there. This is a shame since 80 percent of the visitors are mobile users. 3. IT DESPERATELY NEEDS A "CLOSE" BUTTON!!! I would bounce from the website if this thing hung there the whole time. 4. Would be good to have a choice between adding a widget and a section. I would prefer a section on mobile and a widget on desktop. I would just replace my own reviews strip with your app's section. Think it over! Overall, it has a nice design and good functionality, but you haven't thought of everything while creating it.
