This is missing some features

The widget should automatically have a connection to the google review page for the client. There should be a way for customers to write a review using the link and not just looking at old reviews.

Die kostenfreie Version Google Reviews Pro begrenzt die lesbaren Reviews auf 10 Stück. Das finde ich erstmal in Ordnung. Upgrates dürfen ja existieren. ALLERDINGS finde ich es dreist, dass dabei nicht aber die tatsächliche Anzahl der Reviews angezeigt wird, sondern auch nur die Zahl 10. So kann es passieren, dass man als Unternehmer auf seine Kunden so wirkt, als hätte man zwar 5 Sterne, aber halt nur von 10 Bewertungen und nicht von 12,321. Das vermittelt den Unternehmenskunden ein vollkommen falsches Bild und ist einfach nur Abzocke seitens Google, wenn man die tatsächliche Anzahl anzeigen lassen möchte. Ansonsten sind die Handhabung, das Tutorial und die Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten sehr einfach und praktisch umzusetzen und immer im erkennbaren Google-Design. Keine Beanstandungen hier.

Should have tried the free version first. The "advanced filtering" is just filtering based on # of stars per review, no filtering based on keywords.

Pretty Simple and Functional

Pretty simple layout which I like, but there were some bugs, such as my URL link won't show up after I customised my design.

Pretty poor App. Paying £80+ and it only allows up to 300 reviews to be shown??

Good for what you need to do which is show your reviews. But it doesn't let you: 1) Customize which pages it appears on. 2) Resized to be less intrusive (or more intrusive based on your agenda). 3) And the mobile version "mini badge" doesn't link to anything when you click on it. It's just in the way. As a viewer, this would be good if you could at least click on it to hide it. I would like it

i would like it better if when clicking on the app it would take them to my real google review page. Also don't like the money grabing feature of showing less stars than i have. Also think i could have created a button that is about the same using wix

The app is fine but the constraint of limited reviews and then you have to pay to add more is not very helpful. I will look for another widget.

Nice enough but too simple to charge, no auto update untill 3rd tier and permissions are rather extensive for just reading and displaying reviews, so I didnt install.

Wish it could be integrated into a section

Wish it could be integrated into a section rather just as a widget, we could choose a specific page to have it on, and that it could be a small square rather than a large rectangle interfering with the visuals of the web page

Mobile version needs some work.

Guys the mobile version shows 0 stars and 0 reviews whenever the site is opened. Its causing losses in the business. Desktop version is working perfectly. Look into this.

The widget can only be floating on the page so it doesn't scroll with the page.

Is does what it does

Would be nice to have other layout options, ie as a carousel, or grid, etc etc. The pop up hover box works very well, but would be nice to be able to choose its layout / functionality to suit my website.

It's good...BUT...

It's only been a few minutes and it seems to be functioning okay. However, I wish I could position the actual widget exactly where I want it on the page. Like text, photos and other apps so that it isn't floating in the visitor's face no matter where they are and how they scroll. Yes, reviews are important BUT our site content takes precedents over this widget. I don't want it to cover up graphics or text. I am waiting to hear back from support to see if this is possible. If it isn't -- it should be. However, as far as the widget goes otherwise it seems to be doing its job. Just this one aspect that bothers me. Thank you.
