Good intergration

Fantastic app for highlighting your google reviews especially if you do broadbased reviews of your service rather than product specific. excellent way to add social currency and validation to your website, and the fact that it is google reviews gives it greater legitimacy. Pricing is a little high but ultimately negligable in the broad scope of all IT costs. Top tier should come with unlimited reviews as there really is no cost to the developer for this (only reason it loses a star)

Pretty good

It is good to be able to show the reviews on my website but it is not syncing seamlessly. You have to disconnect and reconnect the service which is easy enough and support is very responsive giving you step by step guidance.

App works pretty well

I had to disconnect my business profile and reconnect to get it to sync, but outside of that issue, which was resolved very quickly by support, the app works well. I would like to see more options for how to display it on my webpage that feel a little less intrusive, but I'm also using the free version, so I won't be too critical of it :).

Responses were prompt and very helpful, I managed to have my issues resolved with a reasonable turnaround time.

Good but not dynamic

The app is very good. Only issue is it doesn't capture the new reviews automatically. Since I installed the app whatever reviews I had, that number is still there on my website. All the additional reviews that I got since then, don't show up.

Ücretsiz uygulamasını kullanıyorum. 10 değerlendirmeyi manuel olarak seçtim. Halbuki en yeni 10 değerlendirmeyi otomatik alabilirdi. Ayrıca gerçek tam puanlamayı göstermiyor. Seçilen 10 değerlendirmenin ortalamasını alıyor. Bu da gerçek puanın altında veya üstünde bir değer gösteriyor. İzleyenler arasında kafa karıştırabilir. Google ana sayfası ile karşılaştırıldığında tutmuyor. Seçilen sayıdaki değerlendirmenin değil, direkt olarak Google'daki sonuç değerlendirme (bütün değerlendirmeler) puanının aktarılması lazım.

Can't reorder US date format to UK

It would be nice to be able to reformat/reorder the date format of displayed Google reviews from the US style (MM/DD/YYYY) to the UK style (DD/MM/YYYY). This date structure is illogical for UK based businesses and looks like we've forgotten to amend it but the reality is this app doesn't enable us to.

its free, so its not perfect of course. but the support via the chat was near instant and solved my issue- so can't complain!

Support were very helpful for this service, explaining to me how their product worked when I sought help. While I'm not sure that potential clients find it helpful as an app, I have had some people reach out and say that they thought my business reviews were great (I also have testimonial pages on my site so not sure which part they are seeing). Thanks for the help!

Good option

I like this option to reflect Google reviews on our site. However, I wish there was an option to make it a stationary section on a page, like it's own strip.

I would give it 5 stars if I could have more control over the size and placement of the banner. But it is a good app overall and I would recommend it.
