   Pure dissappointment

   First the installation and setup failed on my homepage, then I deleted it from the homepage, now there are left over codes all over the places and it slows down the page speed, and when I try to delete the app from the dashboard or from the wix website designer it gives another error so it cannot t be even deleted. How can wix allow such an app like a computer virus to be downloaded and feature it?

      Hello, Please note that there isn't anything stopping from removing the app and none of our other customers are reporting any issues. This was likely a local problem on your own setup. Also, there are also no "left over codes" once the app gets deleted. Thank you

   Changing the price at checkout

   I don't know whose fault it is, the developer or Wix itself, but when I tried to purchase the app, it showed me a price of 27 shekels per month, and when I made the purchase, the price jumped to 39 shekels per month (this is an annual subscription), so that's a difference of 144 shekels per year. I called Wix's customer service center and explained to them that I was told they would check and get back. It's been a week and they haven't come back. - Really disappointing.

      Hello, Please note that under no circumstance can the price change at checkout, or that you will pay more than what's displayed. Taxes such as VAT may be added to the price of the app, however, the full charge is displayed before paying. The checkout system is completely handled by Wix, 3rd party developers do not control the checkout. Thank you for understanding

   Issue with Script Implementation I had to delete the app because the script was active on all pages, even after we specified that it should only appear on the homepage. This has caused unnecessary expenses, wasted time, and a significant loss of SEO performance. Thank you for understanding, and I expect a resolution or feedback on this matter. Minification-Probleme: Die Nutzung des Plans "Expert" verursacht massive technische Probleme, insbesondere durch Minification. Dies führt zu Fehlern in der Darstellung meiner Website und beeinträchtigt ihre Funktionalität erheblich. Fehlende Bewertungen: Der Service zeigt nicht alle Bewertungen korrekt an, was für mein Unternehmen besonders wichtig ist, da es auf Kundenfeedback angewiesen ist.       Hello, All script based apps on Wix load on all pages, this is the way all apps of this type work. Regarding the "significant loss of SEO performance", we do not think this is accurate. The app widget loads after the page has finished the initial loading. Thank you for understanding
