Had issues with my Chinese suppliers but Modalyst helped me

So this is only like my 3rd order and still a bit nervous navigating drop shipping since so much is out of my control. Issues arose due to sync not being accurate. An out of stock item was ordered. Samantha from Turkey assisted me with manually ordering the item in stock and then I found a replacement item for the out of stock item. Samantha walked me how to manually mark and check off stuff needed for modalyst to register the shipment from AliExpress. Items were ordered and now being shipped to the customer.

I have a query..

I'm based in South Africa.. Want to clarify whether some suppliers do work with clients based in African countries? And are able to deliver upon request.

I started using Modalyst and Wix in the Year 2020 for my Drop shipping online store. Both Are great and I am very satisfied with them and with the technical support teams. They are very professional and helpful.

I'm in the middle of making my new website but I am a bit uncertain with certain aspects of Modalyst, items vary in price massively for the same product, some items when I add to the list tell me a loss- I know you can amend this. How does it work if the customer doesn't want the item, who is responsible for the return? Do they bring it back to store? Any support would be appreciated via email.

Extremely easy to implement

I have been wanting to incorporate drop shipping AND print on demand services to my brand for awhile and Modalyst was EXTREMELY EASY to seamlessly implement BOTH into my site. I am happy with the variety of products offered, especially the variety of CBD items available on the drop shipping side. I highly recommend integrating this app if you want to get started quickly. I have been using Wix for over 8 years and I appreciate how they are always giving us new features and improving on the technology on an ongoing basis. As a new Modalyst user, I was able to give my feedback and experience to the leadership team so they can continually make improvements. That makes me feel good about where the Modalyst technology is headed! I am a happy user and highly recommend!

I bought sample products in in February of 2021 through Modalyst to firstly test what I was intending to purchase and check out the delivery process. To my extreme dissapoinment it is April 2022, I still have not received a single product delivery, I contacted Wix they sent me to Modalyst, they said its not their problem I must contact Alibaba and after contacting Alibaba I was told I need to contact each supplier individually but there are no supplier contacts and they are untraceable. I really just want my samples and if you will use other companies to fulfil their work Modalyst then have structures in place to mitigate this, imagine if i had blindly added these to my site without testing?

Modalyst Not Secure Message

Hi, I have tried accessing the modalist app through my Wix acct for the last couple of days and I continue getting a Not Secure Message and doesn't allow me to access it. Does anyone know what is going on?

Working great. It easy to add items to my shop.

Recommend to allow to edit item description, such as color, size, once synced. I noticed that sizes are out of order and color descriptions are misspelled or not in order. The overall, great experience. Also recommend to inform when new distributors are added to the site.

Dropshipping not working

Still waiting for Modalyst to fix dropshipping issue. Dropshipping is included but there is a serious problem. It's been a while and fear a lot of us through Wix may bail out to find more reliable connections. Wix may loose a lot of us.

Patient and Professional

When I first started with Modalyst, I was instantly impressed with them. I didn't waste time upgrading so that I could have unlimited access to the products available there. I also became a supplier. At one point, there was a syncing issue between Modalyst and Shopify. Needless to say, I became very concerned and voiced complaints. The team was excellent rising to the occasion and patiently worked with me as I went through my woes. They earn the full 5-star rating as they excel in everything. Between stellar customer service and what a person can do as a supplier, as well as retailer, with Modalyst there really is no competition that can match them.

Fantastic and very promising

To many technical issues & no real time support.

This application has too many technical issues. I have two sites with Wix that use Modalyst app. When I installed the application to my second site I lost access to my first site's access and products. I have lost income from potential clients due to this issue. There is simply not enough support for premium business accounts. They just expect you to keep spending $$$ on top of your subscription. I am not happy with this Modalyst app and Wix need to review it.

Very cool integration, easy to manage and works very well so it is easy to place products in the shop :) I am still exploring my way around it a bit but yes overall amazing, I do not think I could have got setup so efficiently without Modalyst behind my website :)), I highly recommend it - Communication is also great its the right place to be if you do your research well. Finding Suppliers Is Really Easy!

I am a dropping shipping beginner but once i got on to this app I felt really in control of what I am doing. I definitely recommend this for anyone to use. & I know I just barely scratched the surface so far

The Alibaba setup was easy to use, I went trough the prompts and finished quick and I was like that's it. Very proficient process! Understand this is new and there aren't a lot item availability yet for my niche is fine. But I like the way I can hover over the item and add it. Once in the Modalyst list, it set the same as the other dropshipping and that's great. As of now I had zero issues and I know you guys will wow us later in the future.

So far no complaints and pretty easy to setup.

As newbie to drop shipping, thus far it's been really easy to set up and start searching and uploading products to my site. would highly recommend this to anyone seriously thinking to start their own business.

With the recent updates on the UI and features, it has worked very smoothly and efficiently and only rarely does bugs or problem arise but with their inbuilt chat and fast customer service, they manage to solve the problem very quickly.
