The software itself is fantastic, but what truly sets Quizell apart is the customer support. Tom walked me through every step of building a fairly complex assessment and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. He was helping me over a holiday weekend, and I never once felt rushed or like my questions were a bother. I've worked with a lot of software companies over the years, and this was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. If I could give Quizell and Tom 100 stars, I would. Thank you, Tom, and the entire Quizell team, for making what I thought would be a difficult project feel easy.

Complicated

I have a very small business, so the price to upgrade to get the one feature I need is not friendly. The customer service was lovely until you are ghosted, then it's total crickets. I must say the frustration level has skyrocketed. If you can pay whatever price then you will probably enjoy this.

Great App & Greater Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews but had to leave this one. I tried the trial, loved it and signed up for the Lite plan. For some reason even with a paid plan the watermark couldn't be removed without me upgrading to a more expensive plan. I reached out to customer service and without hesitation they acknowledged that the watermark should be removed for all paid plans and they immediately went to fix the issue. Thanks Quizell for such a great app and Tom at for your kindness and speed, it was much appreciated.

I was trying to build a fairly complicated quiz and couldn't figure out how to implement everything on my own. What impressed me most was the level of one-on-one support I received from the creators. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping me get the quiz working the way I envisioned. They were even able to create custom code for me at the Pro level, which allowed me to achieve functionality I wouldn't have been able to build myself. If you're considering this platform and have questions about whether it can do what you need, I'd encourage you to reach out to their team. In my experience, they're very willing to help and can often find a solution, even for more complex projects.

What an awesome product. I'm currently setting up quizes, and love the work flow and presentation of the quizes, which is easy to set up and do. I've asked for addidtions to be added to the standard quiz format, and the help and online assistance is superb. I give this product 5 out of 5. If you are looking for a quiz, this is the one.

I came to him with a couple of tricky issues — conditional logic for a test and getting an automation to function correctly — and he worked through both with me methodically and without making me feel rushed. What stood out most was his patience; he took the time to actually explain what was happening rather than just pushing a fix through. I really appreciated having someone in my corner who could troubleshoot thoughtfully and communicate clearly.
