PDF Viewer Real3D Flipbook True Support Efforts!!!
The flipbook would crash every few pages when I was testing it on my IPhone, once I brought it to supports attention, they went out of their to ensure it worked properly, now that's true support!!! Thank you so much!!!! Zlatko and the crew :)

Sorry about this. You were on the older version of the app, where the widget's "Upload PDF" button opened a dashboard window — and in the Wix Studio editor that window often failed to open due to a Wix platform bug (it affects app panels from many apps; Wix has confirmed it and we've reported it too). The new version 5 works differently and doesn't depend on that: you create and manage flipbooks directly in your site dashboard under Apps > Real3D Flipbook — upload the PDF, customize, save — and the widget on your page just displays the flipbook you pick. On Studio sites you can also skip the widget entirely: copy the Embed Code from the flipbook's Publish tab and paste it into an Embed element. To remove the app: Apps > Manage Apps > PDF Viewer Real3D Flipbook > More app actions > Delete app. If you give the new version a try and anything gets in the way, contact us through Manage Apps > Contact Support and I'll set it up for you.

Sorry you hit a wall — and you're right that it was broken for you. Version 5 replaced that flow entirely: you now upload the PDF and create the flipbook in your site dashboard, under Apps > Real3D Flipbook > Create Flipbook — no editor windows involved. Then either pick the flipbook in the widget's settings, or (on Studio sites) paste the Embed Code from the flipbook's Publish tab into an Embed element on your page. If you'd like to try again and anything stops you, contact us via Manage Apps > Contact Support and I'll set it up for you.

PDF Viewer Real3D Flipbook Its everything i need but..
I selected the paid plan because it states there are no watermarks. However, when I launched the flipbook on my site, a watermark appeared. This is not what I paid for.

I checked your site and the watermark is not showing, so was is a browser cache issue. After you clear browser cache, the watermark will be gone. New users will not see the watermark.

A fantastic app, very attractive to website visitors. It has everything it should, and above all, a very comprehensive settings panel. For instance, I want some documents to be available for download and others not. Moreover, the owner provides impeccable service — always fast, efficient, and friendly. PDF Viewer Real3D Flipbook Best app for reading pdf!
This app is great. The 3D page turn effect looks really amazing and adds a premium feel to my product catalog. Setup was very simple, and the customization options are cover most common needs. Overall, it has been a great experience. I would love to see a few enhancements in the app: - Voice Reading feature that reads the text out loud would be useful for accessibility and engagement. - Developer friendly events (like onFlipStart, onPageChange, etc.) so developer can track interactions or trigger other actions in Velo. - Also multiple viewing options for users, so users can choose their preferred layout or style for reading. - I noticed that the developer handles the settings through Velo, but when I try to change any setting, it's unclear what the actual values should be. There should be some reference or enum provided for guidance. - When I connect it to the database, it should accept a Wix document, but it only accepts a URL. - The loading time of the setting panel is quite long.

PDF Viewer Real3D Flipbook Doesn't work after 3 days
loaded fine for a couple days then while i was looking at it it just went into blank section with "unable to connect". Reinstalled and replaced but to no avail.Now just a broken icon despite what I do. I was considering buying the pro but the free doesn't even work
