   Not much help

   I installed the app and was pleased with the features that were offered. Unfortunately I could not get the widgets to install correctly. So after a good bit of troubleshooting I decided to delete and reinstall the app as I have had more luck when doing that. Unfortunately when I went to reinstall I was not offered the 30 day free trial. Mind you this was all with in less than an hours time. I will say customer service was quicker than I expected however there was no resolve. I was told there was only a 7 day free trial (definitely agreed to a 30 day trial as the billing date was marked to draft my account on May 12) and it's only offered to the first time you install it. No offer of any kind to help me. So simple enough I will not use it. Hope this helps anyone looking into reviews so they can make a better educated decision before purchase. Just going to stick with the gift card program for wix that is free.

   WIX integration

   Integration team has been helpful with getting this program set up for me across multiple platforms and computer stations. Much appreciated! The app helps me keep better track of my clients gift cards and to be able to run reports on unused cards to send reminders for my clients to shop!

   Issue with connecting the Wix app to the Square Integration (Updated)

   ***Update*** I am only marking this 4 stars for now because I have not had the time to fully dive into the functionality of the app. However, the customer service and their entire team are top-tier. They worked around the clock and after hours to ensure all bugs on my account were worked out and resolved. I will update again once I am able to get everything set up and test all features. _____________________________________________________________ I am having issues connecting my Wix Rise integration to be compatible with the Square integration. You all want me to pay for the Wix integration before I am able to see if your app works for what I need.

   Works great! I love it!

   I recently updated my experience with Rise.ai and I’m really happy with how everything is working now. This app has become a great tool for my store, especially when it comes to issuing gift cards and store credit for customer returns. It keeps everything organized and makes the process seamless for both my business and my customers. What I appreciate most is their support team. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed help, they’ve been extremely responsive and willing to work with me one-on-one to troubleshoot and make sure everything runs smoothly. That level of attention really makes a difference when you’re running an online store. Overall, the app does exactly what I need it to do and adds a lot of value to my site. If you’re looking for a reliable way to manage store credit and gift cards, I definitely recommend Rise.ai.

   Nothing but Issues. Do NOT download.

   Upon downloading the app, it prevented all of our gift card sales using the native app to stop working. Thinking we could explore the app before we installed it, it then gave us a "We're having technical errors" webpage that we couldn't get around (Safari and Chrome). Test your products before releasing them to market.

   It doesn't work

   I installed it and tried using the free trial but any time you try to create an account or log-in it gives you an error. Not sure why this is on the app market if it just doesn't work. AND Wix is marketing it to us... I was excited about this feature but .... *shrug*
