Customer Download Hub I love the idea, and it’s definitely a big time-saver.
Not having to resend files to customers every time a link expires is extremely helpful. That said, the widget currently has very limited customization. It doesn’t allow you to remove certain elements, and adding a search option or sort-by option would easily make this a 5-star feature. We also tested it with multiple customers who have not made any purchases, and instead of showing the “No downloads to show” message, it displays two empty products. Fixing that would make the experience much cleaner and less confusing.

Thanks so much for the review and thoughtful feedback, I really appreciate it. Regarding the “No downloads to show” issue, please could you please confirm whether this was tested in Live mode or Preview mode? The downloads system will not function correctly in Preview mode because Wix member/order APIs are unavailable there. In Live mode, customers with no purchases should see the “No downloads to show” message instead of empty products. I’ll also run some additional tests on my side to make sure there aren’t any edge cases causing this behaviour.

A great option to be able to give customers instant access to the electronic products that they purchased from you. I would also comment that the level of customer service from this company is nothing short of fantastic. An easy five stars . . .

Customer Download Hub HUGE TIME SAVER. A MUST HAVE!
If you have a store with digital products, this app is a must-have! Having to resend download links to customers after 30 days and not having an easy way to update products/let the customer download from their account has been awful, and I don't know why Wix has not addressed it. This app solves the major headache. The developer is super responsive to feedback and has already improved the app a ton with new features since I downloaded it. If you have a digital product store, you need this.

Customer Download Hub Works Quite Well
Had an issue that I had to add the zip files to media files again through the wix editor. As it wouldn't allow me to copy the URL through the store products. Main thing I would like is an automation to email customers that there is an update to their product.

Please check out the new features we've just added, including One-Click Products List Import and direct file upload/selection via the Dashboard (no more URL copy pasting) 😊. There are more updates in there too. You’re correct that the current need to reupload files is a limitation within Wix. If Wix ever allows apps to directly use store files, we’ll update the app to remove the reupload step too. In the meantime, if you run into any issues or need help with the process, we’re always happy to assist.
