Dripshipper Not Working with Wix
I was excited at the possibility of selling coffee via our site -- but as easy as you make it sound -- Ive spent over an hour going in circles with no success. How can I use something that does not work with the website you offer as an option? Not sure how I feel ... Hope to get it resolved.
Dripshipper Very Easy to Use
I even have designed my own labels and they have been approved. I am working on the rest to submit so I can use my own labels. Ordered and tried the coffee before committing and it is truly good. You have to market and come up with subscriptions and that is on the retailer. The integration is super easy and the team at Dripshipper is very helpful. They even have a monthly meeting to discuss strategies if that is something you are into, I am. I recommend this app.

I have no complaints. The coffee was fresh and good and the integration of the wix account went smooth and customer had product within 5 days.

Dripshipper Would Be a Better app if
Respectfully, Drip shipper needs to let their customers who are starting a coffee business UP FRONT before taking their money to create your own business with the IRS and Obtaining a Legal trademark Name for said company. I don't expect you to give legal advice I only expected dip shipper to give me a heads up before i spend a bunch of money on a company and advertising before you told me i could not use my name because it was similar to another company. you then stopped shipments and now I have a company i cant use. Ok Time to spend all that time and money all over again. Working with this company has been like using a Slip and Slide vinal front yard waterslide with out the water. It looks like a lot of fun until you use it! I give it a 3 because it is good for people looking to learn.

i signed up to see how it was on a 14 day trial then i noticed it says i paid for june to july already 5 exactly now i am try to find a cancel button so they do not bill me again because in canada i would have to payadditional fees making it point less
Dripshipper Good but could be better
Changing this from a 4 to a now 1 star. A lot more negative than positive. Don't waste your time with anything over the starter package. Customer orders on my store were being paid for directly with my company card (to DS). So the customer through your wix store is digging directly at your bank account. No buffer unless you do credit. still massive potential for damages. ----Original Review--- Got it connected to my wix store just fine. placed two test orders and so far so good. The label creation process is could be a little better but it works for now. I would also like to see being able to customize the entire package rather than just the front. Because that particular feature is missing I give it 4 stars.
Dripshipper So far its great
I have been using Dripshipper for a minute now and have had no trouble. Even when contacting support. I also have a Wix store so idk think they are pretty great
Dripshipper Bad Customer Experience? They don't care! This is likely a scam!
Beware! They do not stand up to their policies. Especially when a customer has a bad experience. They give you a boilerplate marketing lecture that essentially says "Sorry but we are not going to give a rats ass what your customer experienced" instead of being concerned about shipping the wrong product to a customer. If you have an unhappy customer they don't care! Nor do they care about the reputation of the seller representing them. This is probably likely to be a scam.
