Worry-Free Purchase Great addition for any Wix store
We’ve been using Seel on our Wix store, and it’s been a great addition. The setup was quick and straightforward, and it gives our customers extra peace of mind when ordering. Since we sell physical products, having optional shipping protection helps build trust, especially for first-time or more skeptical customers. It’s one of those features that makes the checkout experience feel more professional. So far we’ve had a positive experience and would definitely recommend it to other Wix store owners.

"I stopped using Seel after my first customer’s claim experience. When a package was mis-delivered and never found , Seel required the customer to file a police report, which was a major hassle for a $45 order. I ended up refunding the customer myself to ensure they were taken care of and dropped Seel immediately. The process was far too difficult for the buyer, and I refuse to subject my customers to such unreasonable requirements."
