iHomefinder Real Estate Waste of time! Poor Technical Support follow up
Clearly explained my firm business need for IDX MLS feed and wasted a month trying to figure out what the issue was and finally during a general online training we realized that the plan selected was the issue, then of course it is required to upgrade! From an email received from the sales agent assigned to my account: "The next step is to upgrade your trial to a paid plan with live listing data from your MLS. All account settings are saved." Well, my upgrade is cancelling and deleting this app from my site and demanding an immediate refund of both charges! I never received the 30days free trial and reading from other reviews the provide a "Demo" instead of your own account set up to try if it really fits your site navigation to satisfy YOUR business need. Same issues experienced with past limited overcharging IDX apps. I expect a full refund within 72 hours from this submission and email copy.
iHomefinder Real Estate It is STUCK in DEMO MODE
I recently upgraded my subscription, but it's still stuck in demo mode. This is very frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of building a site and facing a launch deadline.

Difficult to set up and navigate. Will not load when inputting information. I do not recommend this app

I'm new to Wix and this app, but I'm beyond impressed. The setup was easy and the communication has been great. I just received approval from my MLS and love the new search on my website. If you are in real estate, get this app!
iHomefinder Real Estate SCAM
They will give you a "free trial" but you're forced to enter your credit card info and set up the account to actually test it out locally. Then, despite the trial, you get charged. The best part is they don't even respond to the IDX request from your MLS so you don't get to test it anyway. Then when you cancel and demand a refund they go and say that you were only a trial account anyway, directing you to Wix. Then Wix says you were charged and they can't refund you. It becomes a hassle to get a refund for what is an overpriced service. Wix doesn't protect users from scammers like this either.

A paid account is required to get connected to live MLS data, though there is demo MLS data that will display for preview/testing purposes in your trial phase. Since you never got full MLS approval and cancelled before this came through, we have gone ahead and requested a refund for the charge that occurred in November. iHomefinder Real Estate Hard to Implement and Very little Support
I reached out to support and they referred me to read an article about how to set it up which is very confusing. It's not plug and play like all the other Wix elements and options. i consider myself to be tech savy and this just doesnt make sense to me. I just wish there was more resources on how to get this set up easily without having to wait days to talk to someone to help

iHomefinder Real Estate not working
i just downloaded the app, i sent an email which i have yet to receive a response. I keep trying to complete setup, it keeps taking me to an empty dashboard. I cannot move on until i complete the setup its not working.

iHomefinder Real Estate The best solution for Canadian Wix real estate websites
Completely integrated in our Wix website. Uses DDF feeds which gives all listings so you're not bound by the real estate boards' politics. This is leaps and bounds above what others offered, and at a lower price point. Needless to say I'm impressed.
