Giveaway Ninja Only works if you have Shopify.
Actually useless if you want to have a stand-alone entry page. Uninstalled.

Hi, First, I'm sorry for the confusion. Our AI chat agent gave you incorrect information, and I want to set the record straight. Giveaway Ninja does not require Shopify to run a giveaway on Wix. You can embed it directly on a Wix landing page (full guide here: https://giveaway.ninja/support/embed-giveaway-on-wix), or run it via a direct link provided by the app. The agent wrongly assumed Shopify, only because Wix wasn't mentioned in the chat... But that is clearly mentioned in our documentation. So the feature you reviewed with us exists and is well-documented. Shopify adds some native ecommerce extras, but everything you described is fully supported on Wix. Given the review was based on that misunderstanding, I'd really appreciate it if you'd reconsider or update it. Giveaway Ninja Outstanding Support
This is a very good app. I am not a native to this technology, but the support I have received is truly outstanding. Very quick, thorough and helpful.
Giveaway Ninja Viel zu teuer...
Für eine integrierte App in Wix 17€ p.a. bzw 34€ monatlich für die kleinste Edition zu zahlen ist mehr als teuer. EDIT: Eine ausführlichere Erklärung ist hier angebracht und ich entschuldige mich dafür, voreilig und unbedacht diese Rezension hinterlassen zu haben. Die Nutzung ist einfach und simple aufgebaut (keine DE Übersetzung). Giveaways sind einfach erstellt mit Countdown und verschiedenen Aktionen, was man für einen Eintritt machen muss um dabei zu sein. Die Oberfläche ist klar und übersichtlich, es werden keine/wenig unnötige Informationen angezeigt und somit kommt es nicht zu Verwirrungen. Es ist möglich über die App Mailkampagnen zu schreiben und verschiedene Anbieter wie z.B. MailChimp einzubinden. Overall kann man sagen, die App selbst ist gut und übersichtlich entwickelt - wer das Geld hat wird es sich auch leisten können sie zu nutzen. Für mich, als aufstrebender Content-Creator ist die App, auch wenn sie genau das kann, was ich brauche, zu teuer. Support 6 von 5 *

Never used a giveaway app before. This was easy to use and connect also the customer service i recieved from their team was top notch. Helped my all the way to get where i needed. Money well spend
Giveaway Ninja Awesome - You Need This!
I signed up for the 14 day trial - This app has far exceeded my expectations - After only about a day of running a giveaway, I have 38 entries (there are still 13 days left in the giveaway) - these are all future customers I can add to my email campaigns. The customer service is excellent - Andrea actually set up my entire first campaign, and wrote a social media post for me to share. I will definitely be subscribing and running monthly giveaways.
Giveaway Ninja Pretty good, but buggy
Mostly seems to be Wix's fault - billing is perpetual. Had to get owner of the company to cancel for me. Owner was super responsive and helpful.

Giveaway Ninja Love this giveaway tool!
I've been waiting for a giveaway tool and Giveaway Ninja fits the bill. My first giveaway was setup very easy and giveaway has been very successful. I had a few questions and customer service got to me quickly and they were very helpful. Andrea is who I was chatting with and she was super nice! Looking forward to more giveaways!
Giveaway Ninja Customer Support Makes It A 5 vs 4.
The app works absolutely fine if familiar with the functionality. I wasn't. That's when Andrea step in.... knowledgeable, patient, and kind and closed the gap on the things that I didn't know. He went above and beyond! There are no issues with the app... it worked flawlessly for my first Giveaway and Andrea was always there, willing to assist me! Highly Recommended!
Giveaway Ninja Good app and great support, few current limitations
First time running a competition. We needed a way to measure and encourage likes, shares, follows ect to maximise user engagement. Essentially a tool which can give a user extra entries when they do X. Giveaway Ninja was easy to setup on wix (there is documentation) Overall the app has good functionality and customisation. Unfortunately due to the app being ported over from Shopify, there are a few limitations to wix. This meant that when hosting directly on our own site, we couldn't give users extra entries for sharing URLs and getting referrals. This is likely a core part of most competitions as it supports virality. The workaround for this was to host the competition directly on giveaway ninja website. Haven't yet done this, though in theory, the competition could be just as effective (depending on your setup/how you run it). Though the traffic is not direct to your own website. Support was 5*, we got an instant response through live chat and lots of helpful information.
