    Wenn ich nach 5 Minuten noch immer keine schlüssige Antwort darauf gefunden habe, wo man die benötigte ID finden oder anfordern kann, ist das ein UX-Fail. Und Dieter ist dann wieder raus und macht bei uns keinen Datenschutz.

    Schaut nett aus, aber ohne ID kann man es nicht nutzen. Keine Beschreibung wie. Man solle den Links in den Einstellungen folgen! ?????????

    Tut was es soll, unkompliziert...

    Habe bisher keine Erfahrung mit Datenschutz rund um Webseiten und habe Dieter über Wix-AppMarket bestellt. Man wird auf die App weitergeleitet und dort Schritt für Schritt mit guten Erklärungen und eine KI, die man alles (auch Prozessdetails) fragen kann, durch geführt. Auch der Mitarbeiter-Chat ist erreichbar, nett und hilfreich. Wix erstellt automatisch beim Kauf der App eine Datenschutzseite und der Import der Datenschutzerklärung von Dieter in Wix geht über eine ID superschnell und unkompliziert. Und es gibt noch neben der Datenschutzerklärung einen Haufen anderer Extras, die man noch dazu bekommt. Über Wix schließt man ein Jahresabo ab, dass man im Profil über Abos dann verwalten und ggf. wieder kündigen kann - also nicht direkt über Dieter. Kurz gesagt: Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden.

    No worries about GDPR

    I am very grateful, that I found this app which deals with the one topic I do not want to deal with myself about my online store. I have no clue about the regulatory requirements, but luckily with Dieter I could quickly setup a privacy policy by just answering a few questions. Good experience!
